- We’re sick. We’re twisted. It’s because of our own greed this happened, but we blamed it on everyone and everything but ourselves. There’s no turning back now. She’s gone. Destroyed. Dead.
We murdered her.
Earth is Lost.
Someone gave us the chance to make things right. And what do we do with it? We’ll repeat our mistake again. Another planet losing the battle against the human race. She’ll die soon after we arrive, give or take a few millenia. But we can’t blame anyone next time. It’s our fault and she’s dead. Nothing we can do about it now. People will never change. The human race should rightfully not exist. It’s amazing we never destroyed each other long ago.
What’s my issue with the human race? Nothing. And everything. I am human, so I have no right to speak, really. I was just like them. But then, I have every right to speak. I know how humans are and they shouldn’t be allowed to govern their own city much less their own planet. The old philosopher Hobbes was right. Humans are naturally born evil. If you’re reading this, it’s over. She’s gone completely. These are my dying words as I die on this once beautiful planet. I am the last human here. These are humanity’s dying words. There is no doubt in my mind humans have survived. They are like cockroaches in the nuclear holocaust. They will never die. But I beg you, I pray that you will listen to my words.
Don’t let them kill again.
