Title: KAISER, Stephen
Description: [always] on the R U N;;

Stephen Kaiser - August 30, 2007 07:20 PM (GMT)
on {s t a g e}

    ;; FULL NAME: Stephen James Kaiser
    ;; AGE: 20 (turning 21 this year)
    ;; GENDER: Male
    ;; GRADE LEVEL: College Sophomore
    ;; DAY STUDENT / BOARDER: Boarder
    ;; MAJOR & MINOR:
    Major: Criminal Justice
    Minor: Music Education
    ;; CLIQUE: Scene, Emo, you know. That sort of thing.

    ;; APPERANCE: Hmmmm. Stephen’s appearance eh? Well, for starters, most people are scared to death of him when they first meet him. Actually, scratch that. People who are judgmental are scared to death of him. The thing is though, he doesn’t have the general ‘emo boy’ thing going on. I mean, sure, he sometimes does the guy-liner thing, but other than that he’s not your poster boy for emo. No, that’s Micah’s job. Micah’s the one who lives in tight, skinny jeans (-cough- GAY! –cough-) o.o. Ahm, moving on. I guess it’s just the vibe that Stephen gives off. I don’t know it’s hard to explain. But really, he wears loose jeans and band shirts that are on the tighter side. Along with bright colored shoes and a hat to top it off. Sound scary? Not really. But Stephen still tends to intimidate people. And he loves it.
    ;; CELEBRITY: Patrick Stump of teh FALL OUT BOY
    ;; HEIGHT: 5’5 1/2
    ;; HAIR COLOR: A type of strawberry blonde, I guess. I mean, how should I know? Stephen doesn't really give a crap about what color his hair is. All he could tell you is that it's not black. Or brown.
    ;; EYE COLOR: A Blue-Green kind of color
    ;; BUILD: Small boned. And if you ever call him petite, you basically have a death wish. So what if he barely breaks 5’5? He’s just got small bones. Duh.
    ;; CLOTHING STYLE: Basically, Stephen’s got the whole “I-honestly-don’t-give-a-damn-what-you-think-of-my-clothes” look going on. He wears…. Well, pants. Usually jeans, but never the tight kind. He is very set in his belief that tight pants are gay despite Micah’s fascination with them. Yes, Stephen usually wears jeans, but on the rare occasion he’ll wear those pants that are super comfy but no one has any idea what they’re made of. You know what I’m talking about? Somehow I doubt it… anyways, moving on. Stephen’s shirt collection is made up of 98% band shirts. Almost all of said shirts were stol—I uh.. I mean, bought at the millions of concerts he and Micah had attended together. As for his feet, Stephen usually just wears the normal runners. Though on occasion he’ll go out and ‘buy’ random bright colored shoes. Now…. What am I forgetting? … Ah yes! How could I forget? THE hat. See, Stephen has a fascination with hats. Kind of like Micah’s fascination with eyeliner. Only different. Stephen has been wearing a hat every day since he was probably 15 or 16 years old. Because of this, he’s collected a rather large amount of hats. He tends to collect hats in the same way he collects band shirt.

    ;; PERSONALITY: Well for starters, you can rule out that Stephen will ever, ever be considered 'Perky'. Now that that's out of the way, let's go into a bit more detail about Stephens personality, shall we?

    When people first meet Stephen, a lot of them think 'Why am I talking to this kid? He's obviously got no future, and he probably wants to talk to me less than I want to talk to him!" well, at least that's what 98% of the faculty at Millbury Academy thought when they first met him. And to be honest, they probably still think that about him.

    That said, Stephen isn't one of those kids who wears a blank face all day and never smiles, or shows any signs of emotion for that matter. No, as a matter of fact Stephen does smile on occasion and he can come off as happy. This only happens if you happen to be someone he likes, and he's in a VERY good mood, of course. But here's the thing, once you get to know Stephen you realize that his future is not hopeless. And he's not an idiot. That's just the way Stephen comes off. But that's him, like it or not.

    ;; HISTORY: In all honesty, Stephen James Kaiser doesn’t have that interesting of a history. Not by his standards anyway. He was born on May 3rd, 1986 to Lesley and Victor Kaiser. Stephen was not, however, the Kaiser couples’ first child. No, Stephen was born right smack-dab in the middle with two older sisters, one younger brother and a younger sister. How lucky is he? At first, Kelsi and Amber Kaiser were thrilled to have a younger brother. How cool is that? Of course, they were young at the time and didn’t know any better. Kelsi was 5 and Amber was 3 when Stephen joined the family. It took them all of two weeks to realize that having a younger brother wasn’t all that great, and they promptly learned to ignore him. Both sisters decided that one younger sibling was plenty, and made their parents promise that “No more babies shall enter the house”. Well, that lasted all of a year. When Stephen was 15 months old, his mother got pregnant with his younger sister, who would come to be named Jazmyn. At this point, Kelsi was 6 and nearing 7 years old. Amber was almost 5, and needless to say that both girls were not that happy with the idea of having another loud, annoying sibling. But because Jaz had the fortune to be born a girl, that spared her from having her older sisters ignore her. As for Stephen, he look a liking to Jazmyn right away and they were a lot alike when they were old enough to develop their own personalities. Now who am I missing? Ah, yes, Paul! How could I forget Paul? He was the last child in the Kaiser Clan, and he was born two years after Jazmyn when Kelsi was 9, Amber was 7, Stephen was 4 and Jazmyn was 2. Paul and Stephen never really did get along all that well, surprisingly.

    Alright, now that you’ve learned about his family you’ll have to learn about how he grew up. Stephen’s family was on the richer side. Not that they ever showed it off or really told their kids about it. No, all the Kaiser children atteneded public school, wore non expensive clothing and they only went on vacation once a year or so. Yes, the only thing that really set Stephen’s family apart from other families was the fact that they lives in one of the best parts of town. By best I mean the part of town that you had to have a lot of money to live in.

    Growing up, Stephen was pretty much the picture of perfection. He got along okay with all of his siblings, got good grades in school and he had good friends. He was even on the school’s soccer team. And he was good. Insanely good, actually. All of Stephen’s coach’s agreed when it came to his future. With his soccer talent and his 3.8 GPA Stephen was bound to end up in a good college. And things were really looking like that dream would become reality up until Stephen turned 15 years old. You see, when Stephen was 15 Micah Lands moved in next door to Stephen. Micah’s family had always been higher class but they had lived in the only part of town that was better than Stephen’s part of town for pretty much ever. That’s why Stephen and Micah had never met before. Needless to say, Micah turned Stephen’s life into his parents’ worst nightmare.

    After hanging out with Micah for all of 5 months, Stephen was convicted of trying to shoplift 500 dollars worth of jewelry out of his local Macy’s. His parents bailed him out by paying for all the stolen jewelry, but they were puzzled at why Stephen didn’t have an accomplice. Micah wasn’t caught, but he was the prime reason why Stephen did what he did. But Stephen wasn’t about to sell out his best friend, so he kept his mouth shut. Dispite his best efforts, his parents knew exactly who was the reason behind Stephen’s sudden change. That’s right, shoplifting wasn’t the only new thing about Stephen. His grades had slowing been slipping and were resting on a barely passing grade. His clothing style had gone from good-looking-prep to ridiculous-emo in about 3 months. The only thing Stephen’s parents were thankful for was the fact that their son never did really get into the whole eye make up thing.

    Almost immediately after Stephen got off the hook for the shoplifting incident, he got caught again. This time it was for, get ready for this, “driving underage with someone else’s license while impaired’. Guess whose license Stephen was trying to use? Mhmmm, none other than a Mister Micah Lands. His parents tried to ground him, but the only thing they accomplished by doing this was getting Stephen to quit the soccer team. Stephen had only been playing to please his parents and this was his pay back to them for forcing him to stay away from Micah.

    The biggest blow to Stephen came when Micah disappeared when Stephen was 17. Okay, he didn’t really disappear. His parents sent him away, and Micah went willingly. He’d been telling Stephen for months that he was ready to get out of their lazy home-town. Stephen always agreed with him, because he too was only hanging around because his parents would pay for his food and housing and such. Stephen never actually expected Micah to take off. But I guess since his parents offered to send him away to Millbury Academy, it would make sense that Micah would love to go. While Micah was gone, probably having a hell of a party at Millbury, Stephen graduated their local school with no honors and no college scholarships. He also decided to attend the local college after his parents threatened to kick him out if he didn’t. During his freshman year at college, Stephen decided to track Micah down. However, Micah’s parents refused to tell Stephen anything about where Micah had gone to. Apparently they thought their son had dragged Stephen down as well, so they were interfering too Sadly, their efforts were dashed when Stephen’s parents also decided to send him to boarding school in time for him to begin his Sophomore year of college. Which boarding school? Well, Millbury Academy was the finest school around, so it was the only choice.

    So why did his parents decide on sending Stephen to a boarding school? Well, it may have had something to do with the fact that Stephen had just gotten yet another DUI and was constantly in trouble at the college for ‘harassing’ the girls. Yeah, that’s probably it. They seemed to think that boarding school was just what Stephen needed to straighten out.

    Little do they know that when Stephen and Micah reunite, Millbury will be in for the shock of a lifetime.

Strolling into the dorm building, Stephen smiled to himself. Today would indeed be interesting. Today was the day that he would meet his room-mate. The person he shared a room with, he would be seeing them every single day. Of course he would see them all the time. They would be living together after all. Stephen hoped to God that it wasn't someone he hated. Sharing a room with someone you hated was never really a good thing.

On this particular day, Stephen had actually thought before he chose clothing out. Yes, it was weird, but he figured he might as well wear clean clothes. Did he want to make a good impression on his new room mate? Not really... It was utterly against Stephens' nature to care what other people thought. Seriously, it just didn't happen for Stephen. Moving onto what he had actually chosen to wear. Stephen was wearing blue jeans, black runners, and a plain black T-shirt. On his head was, of course, the hat. THE hat. It was Stephens' only hat with writing on it. Well, the first one he had ever bought with writing on it. This one was black, but the front was white and said "The child of doom". One of his friends, who happened to be a girl, had made it for him a long time ago.  Back when he started to get into the 'bad stuff' as his mother called it. The girl who had made it for him, Caitlin, thought it would be hilarious to make a hat telling the world that Stephen was a problem child. Actually, Stephen found it rather amusing.

Walking over towards the 'reception' area, Stephen pulled his hat down low over his blue eyes. Reaching the secretary, Stephen asked her "Stephen Kaiser... where am I going?" The secretary looked at him for a moment before realizing he was asking for his room number and information. "Oh, let me look, give me a second..." She flipped through a few pages before pulling out one and handing it to him "Room 100, all the information is on that page there. Have a nice day" She smiled at Stephen, obviously  telling him that it was time for him to go. With no thank you, Stephen headed off towards 100.

Stopping in his tracks, Stephen let out a groan as he read the name printed on the paper in bold font. Nikkos Stephens. The irony of Nikkos's last name didnt even occur to Stephen. No, Stephen knew that Nikkos was the guy he had met in the principals' office not that long ago. The one Ezzie seemed to hate. Stephen had to admit he wasn't that fond of the guy either. But here it was, the faculty had somehow decided to place Stephen with Nikkos. Of course. Stupid system.

Finding room 100, Stephen slowly pushed the door open. Hoping, praying even, that there had been a mistake. He would open the door and find an old friend there. Even if it was someone Stephen didn't know. Anything but Nikkos. But no, there Nikkos was, alright. Sitting in his chair, reading a heavy looking book. Not really knowing what else to do, Stephen just stood in the doorway. Waiting, wondering what Nikkos would do next.
