Title: We've Got A Big Mess On Our Hands
Ezzie Copeland - April 8, 2007 12:51 AM (GMT)
Oh this is bloody ridiculous. how did I ever wind up here? he shakes his head, leanign his forehead into his palm. Several girls had been turned away already, which put a damper on his mood. he hated being hit on. Well, only if the girls weren't exceptionally pretty, or if they weren't the object of everyone's affection. he knew that was ognna turn and bite him in the butt one day, but for now, he didn't care. He sloshes the alcohol in the bottle and chugs the rest down, pushign his only bottle away from himself. no more for the night. A user. That's what he was. Just a user. Dad had called him that once. he was joking, of course, but it had still stuck with him. He hated the term, but he couldn't break himeslf of the habit nad gain himself a new name. It was, well, a habit. he shakes his head once more and sighs, relaxing back into the seat. Someone clearing their throat caught his attention. He felt a smile on his lips already, "Uh, hey."
Kadee McAllister - April 12, 2007 02:24 AM (GMT)
Kadee McAllister loved hanging out at nightclubs or bars. You could usually find her either dancing the night away with someone she just met or playing a game of pool with a couple of bikers. Either way, she had a good time. So really, it wasn't a suprise for anyone to see her enter te night club, clad in a fitted blank tank and a pair of faded blue jeans with a hole in one knee, and though that wasn't done on purpose, the worn pair looked as though they were styled that way. Between the lowrise demin and the tank you could see a tanned and fit middrift, a result of her constant working out. When she moved a certain way, you could catch a glimpse of her bellybutton piercing which she got done last week. Some might say she looked like she was looking for trouble, with her fiery red locks left to their own so that they fell about her shoulders in layers, and she would reply that she was just here for the party and wasn't leaving until they threw her out.
After ordering her usual drink, a vanilla coke, she took a seat at the bar. Yes, it may be a bit suprising, but she wasn't drinking alcohol at the moment. She did once, went a little overboard and woke up the next morning in a house that she had never been at before with some guy that was probably ten years older than her and since then, she had been cutting back. Kadee glanced about the night club, looking for a familiar face. It wasn't long until her hazel gaze landed on a boy she had seen around campus now and again, Ezzie Copeland, wasn't it? Oh well. It was conversation. She got up from where she was sitting and walked over to him, a smile playing on her lips.
"Hey there." she greeted. However, he didn't reply right away. Perhaps this was a bad time? She cleared her throat to get his attention, a little relieved at the sight of a smile, which she returned. "Hey. How's it going? You look like you could use some conversation." she said.

He smiles again and slides over in his booth, offering her a seat. "I promise I won't bite, honestly." His smile turns to smirk and he was suddenly wishing he had that bottle all over again. He probably loked stupid sitting there with nothing, playing with one of the longer locks of his hair. What he wouldn't give for advice from Stephen right now, no matter how stupid the advice was. Atleast it would make him laugh.
He surveys the girl quickly and hs smirk disappears, replacing itself once more with that charming smile. "Ezzie Copeland, m'lady. And what might I call you, the lady who saved me from the terrible distress of a lonely night?"
Kadee McAllister - April 13, 2007 10:54 PM (GMT)
She returned the smile. "Kadee, Kadee McAllister." she said, introducing herself as well. She couldn't help but grin slightly at his choice of words, ones that you wouldn't year most college boys say. "Well, most people come to night clubs so that their nights will be anything but lonely." she said, running a hand through her copper red locks. She took a drink of her vanilla coke before adding, "Me; I just want some excitement instead of what would be a boring night of studying. How about you? What brings you, Ezzie, to these sorts of places?"

((ive been having login and out problems all day, so, i posted with this account...next oen will be with Ezzie's account...haha...honest ^_^ ))
"The promise of some girl striding towards me and saving me from staring at an empty bottle all night." he grabs her hadn in one of his and kisses her knuckles lightly ebfore releasing ehr hand. "Now, Miss McAllister, would you care to grace me with your presence in the booth, or do I have the pleasure of seeing you stand before the entire night. Surely you're bound to get tired." he flashes her another charming smile and pats the spot next to him. "As sated, I do not bite." Hard.

(It's fine, I've been having a couple problems too. ^^)
Kadee chuckled at his response, and did so again when he took her hand and offered her a seat. She sat down next to him, crossing one leg over the other when she did so. You'd think the position would look awkward on her, however it just came second nature. She supposed that it was just a girl thing; any female could pull off crossing their legs no matter how tomboy-ish or rough'n'tumble they looked. "Well, I feel that it is only fair to warn you, that once bitten, I do bite back." she said with a grin, one eyebrow raising slightly.
