Lola Moore is a shy, young psychic whose abilities have caused her to be something of an outcast. She leaves the house rarely, her empathic nature becoming too overwhelming if she's around people for too long, but she is determined to overcome this and goes on short walks every day.

On one of these walks she ends up meeting _________ Dexter, a demon with an unhealthy interest in torture, murder, and other such gruesome things. After a failed attempt to make her come with him, he tried force, and was stopped only when Sam Winchester stepped in after seeing them while working on another case. Lola Moore was saved and introduced to both the world of the supernatural and the handsome young Sam Winchester who she developed an instant attraction to.

The two become friends after the incident, and Sam Winchester tries to teach her a little of his world so she can protect herself in the future. But it won't be enough when _________ Dexter comes back. _________ Dexter is angry that he failed to kill her and will stop at nothing to finish her off.
