It was just the day for something like a graduation. It was just the week for the marauders to finish their last school days at. James Potter looked out towards the courtyard and past the gardens to the lake. What a great school year it was. On the last year they started it was 1977. James didn't know about Severus's infatuation with Lily, but if he knew that wouldn't help their relationship. So the school year went on as if nothing happened. Of course that wasn't true. Before that summer James Potter's best friend had left his home at Number 12 Grimmauld Place and came to live with the Potters. That was one of the best summers he had yet. Causing mischief with Sirius was the best, and having him in the house like a brother was even better. Plus during the summer Damocles Belby invented the wolfsbane potion for all werewolves, of course that made Moony's life easier. Then...possibly the biggest thing that James could be proud of. His one year anniversary with Lily. He'd started dating her after she accepted him on his request. Now they were both head boy and girl and HAD TO attend dances together. Yep, James' Potter's life seemed to be buzzing. Then as the school year deepened they studied for the NEWTS effortlessly and went to the Ministry of Magic to get applications. He passed his NEWTs with flying colors. He'd gotten top scores on everything, ending his final days of studying. Then adding a few leaving pranks, he was ready to graduate.losing faith in everything i thought i hoped i knew

A few years after that fateful day of graduation, everything has changed. And it seems for the worst. Some of the better things it seems are marriages. Yes, it looks like everyone's planning on a baby boom. And why not with the great war starting and all. Speaking of that war, it seems now even in school people are segregating. Split to two sides, death eater or the order of phoenix, and then the god damned neutrals. There are many main characters in this time period now playing a part on all sides. Let's start with the main people we know about and you can figure out all the little people. James Potter, the family golden boy seems to feel that working as an auror is too hard and now works in the sports department at the ministry. Although god knows he doesn't need the money, he's bloody rich. He's got money coming out of the wahzoo. Then we move to Lily Evans. Probably the only person who knows certainly that her boyfriend is going to ask her to marry her soon, but what is her answer? It seems like an obvious answer now, but it's actually taking Lily some time to think about her real feelings. I'm sure we all know Sirius Black's story. The rich manwhore who's looking for a house of his own, but not his own life. Still stuck in the playboy phase no one knows what Black's going to do for the rest of his life. These people have some serious problems. But you think that's bad? They are in the ORDER! Which means our lives depend on them and they are our protectors. How screwed up is that? Well you know some of the basics, but you have to determine for yourself who those other little people in the world. After all we are all hoping something good will come from the darkness. Welcome to London, England. It is January 1979 and the war has begun.and sacrifice
