Welcome to New Valley! A small costal town in southern California, where the grass grows greener and the waves hit the sea shore just right, or so it would seem. New Valley is a suburban kind of town, where everyone seems to know everyone else. But although everyone seems to know everyone else, sometimes, well all the time, in this small town, thats not the case. They turly don't know anything about the people right next door to them. That's why you have got the people who have lived there all their lives, and no one really knows whats going on in their heads. And then you have got those who are new to town, and think they own the world. But that seems to have always been the way of New Valley. Those you know but don't; and those that are new, and you do.

Summertime. Sweet summertime. Not so much for the New Valley teenagers. Their summer has ended, at the beginning of August, and now a new school year begins. So we welcome you to New Valley High, the home of the New Valley Tigers. But although summer has ended, the warm weather still has the New Valley students buzzing. Drama has finally filled the halls of New Valley, and no one can stop it. As break-ups, romance, friendships being formed and broken, betrayals, broken pormises, and fights happening the beginning of the school year doesn't seem to be the least bit dull. But then to add to the drama of the beginning of the school year, a fall formal is announced. The first big dance at New Valley High in years. So what happens to those who are to afraid to go, because they have Never Been Kissed?
