Border tutorial, 1st easy; 2nd medium

Border - Easy
1. open an image, if you dont have one, you can use this:


2. Now, make a new layer, Ctrl + Alt + N

3. Now Image > Canvas Size


And u finish ^^



Border - Medium
1. Well, use the same image:


2. Now, make a new layer, and use the Poligonal Lasso Tool, hold Alt and do this

Ctrl + Alt + i



3. Fill it with black

4. Now blending options and aply this, all the options are in default, so just push them.



5. Now make some cuts


And now if you want you can make a color balance, it better if u make the border before apliyng the color balance.

but if you dont have choice cuz is a gif or jpg image, aply it xD
