make a new image with theise settings


now make a circle with your circular marquee tool , and then color it in black

inside the black circle draw a smaller black circle and hit delete


now inside the cutout part draw an even smaller circle and color in with black



****IF YOU WANT YOU CAN REPETE THE LAST 2 STEPS TO HAVE MORE CIRLES****

thats why u used dinaimc images :P
