:lol: I have long time i dont made a tut with filters...but there it go.. its easy ;)

First open a new document whatever size you want... i will open one of 400x400 pxls

Now reset the colors pressing D
OK next go to Filter > Render > Clouds:


^_^ now you have your beautifull clouds lets go to:
Filter > Stylize > Glowing Edges... and use this settings:


This is the result:


Now lets go again to the filters:
Filter > Disort > Glass... and use this settings:

Now this is the result... lol


Now press Ctrl + U and colorize it :P I use this settings:


Thats all this is the final result::P
