1. Make a new document, 300 X 130, White
2. Now Filter > Render > Clouds

3. Duplicate Layer ( Layer > Duplicate Layer )

4. Filter > Texture > Patchwork


5. Now turn the eraser tool to opacity 60% and erase all the picture


Add some text and you will have something like this:


Of course is u wanna use it for a siq, you have to add a render and brushes :lol:

i have a question again thats text that around thats cool how do u make it
that here:

The rectangle?or the text?

example: i have a sig i have dont put text on
so make i a rectangle and put text in the rectangle
how do i do it !! just like your love angel sig

1. Make the siq
2. Use the rectangular marquee toll to make a rectangle and fill it with balck
3. set the opacity to 40% or 30%
4. Type the text on it ^^
