Hii!! Another Background ;) Its Easy
How to make a cool effect in 10 steps :P
1.- Make a New Document 400x400 px
2.- Press D to reset Colours
3.- Take the graddient tool and the presets have to be like this:
4.- Do around 30-50 lines all around the document.. it have to be like this:
5.- Then use: Filter > Stylize > Find Edges
6.- Press Ctrl+I to invert
7.- Now Add some Hue/Saturation - Colorize.. I use this presets:
Hue: 250
Saturation: 25
Lightness: 0
8.- Then Duplicate the Layer
9.- Go and do the next: Filter > Sketch > Chrome
Detail = 3
Smothness = 6
10.- Then Set thelayer to 60% Opacity and Blend in Color Dodge and merge Down!!!

Amazing... You can Change the presets in Hue/Saturation (Step 7) ;) It looks more cooler in blue believe me... oh and use this more step:
11.- Go to the top layer and next: Layer > New Adjustemnt Layer > Color Balance
Then a box will apear... only press ok
^_^ Play with the presets: °Shadows °Midtones °Highlights
Press Ok Again and its done
Enjoy it :)

ye i played about with the colors and i found out blue/purple looks the best, but amazng tutorials. ;)
