Title: Virus Background

FIRST!!: *Warning* My english Sucks... if do you have a doubt or there is an error, post it and i will edit =P *Warning*
1.- Open a new document 500x500 pixels
2.- Next press D to reset colors
3.- Now fill the layer with Black
4.- Then use: Filter > Render > Clouds
5.- Next use: Filter > Render > Difference Clouds
6.- Ok go to: Filter > Stylize > Wind and use the next settings:
-Method-
° Wind
-Direction-
° From the right
10.- Use this 10 times using Ctrl+F
11.- Now go to Image > Rotate Canvas > 90° CW
12.- Ok do it the step 10 again and the 11 too... to have the same efect in all the sides like this:
13.- After all then go to: Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen Mask with this settings:
Amount: 500%
Radius: 2.5 pixeles
Thershold: 0 levels
14.- The use: Filter > Stylize > Find edges
15.- Use it again: Filter > Stylize > Find edges
16.- Filter > Stylize > Glowing Edges and this presets:
Edge Width: 1
Edge Brightness: 4
Edge Smoothnes: 4
17.- Add some Hue/Saturation - Colorize... <--- use the presets you want
Just dont move the Lightness preset, and add more saturation
This is the Final result:
You can add some squared pattern, some letters and it will be a cool sig
