1. Make a new document, any size ( i use 350*350 ), and fill it with black
2. With the lasso tool, make something like this, it shouldnt be perfect:
3. Now make a new layer and fill the selection with white
You should be thinking.. ¬¬ this looks really bad but wait!
4. Now with the Smudge tool
And start "smudging" the image xD
5. Filter > blur > guissan blur
6. Filter > blur > radial blur
You should have something like this:
7. Now press ctrl and select the layer
8. Select the gradient tool with this settings

I like it but when I do a gradient it will not do it on the wings but on the brackground instead.

really cool effect, using kinda simple effects. i tried it out and it worked great, though i dont think ill ever find a use for it, but i never know
