Looks: Long, kinky, and streaky blond hair adorns her head, complementing her features and celery green eyes. Juliet is short and thin, but not overly skinny. She loves to dress in funky, hippie clothing, lots of bangles and beads, much to the distaste of her sister Emily.

Personality: Juliet is the dreamer, the naïve sweetheart of the family. She tends to think the best of everybody, whether they deserve it or not, and is often taken advantage off. But she really doesn’t mind, always ready to offer a sympathetic ear. Funny in a very oddball way, Juliet often gets on Emily’s nerves, but they’re best friends anyway.

History: Born eight minutes after her identical twin sister, Emily, Juliet grew up in a large house that had a connecting door and shared porch in common with her Uncle Fred’s, and just down the street from the shop. Their life was a rowdy, boisterous one, full of fun and confusion. Magic whizzed about all the time, and when it didn’t, practical jokes did. Suffice it to say their weren’t exactly thought of fondly in the neighborhood, especially considering their magic showed itself in odd ways, like a sudden switch of the sugar and salt in a nearby abode. In fact, all four of the cousins (Ben, Law, Emily, and Juliet) created a secret language all their own that confounded their parents and families. They still occasionally speak in that language, but have grown mostly out of it as they grow older. They graciously didn't speak in this language when their friend Kiley was visiting, as she could never get the hang of it.

Daughter of the mothering Flora, Juliet is very close to her, unlike Emily. But truly, she’s Daddy’s little girl, and goes to her father George for comfort and advice. She is also close to her cousin Trenton, often exchanging Owl Mail with him while they were young, and spending a lot of time with him while at school. She doesn’t hold by the family’s belief that he is somehow poisoned by his lineage.

She and Emily went to Hogwarts at ten, two years after their older cousins, and at the same time as her cousins Trenton and Spencer. They were both sorted into Ravenclaw, much to the surprise of her family, who had naturally assumed not only that they would be in Gryffindor but that they weren't exactly sharp enough to be Ravenclaws. All of her family has been almost forced to stick together due to their famous last names, but the girls still managed to make friends with a few of the other students; Juliet more than Emily. They are both especially close to Kiley Black, Sirius Black's daughter. They are now 5th years, thinking themselves very grand indeed.

Juliet enjoys transfiguration, divination, and Herbology, but can’t stand Defense Against the Dark Arts, leaning on Trenton for instruction. She also dreams of being an artist, using magic only as an aid to her work.
