it was the biannual works/birthday paintball trip today. last year I posted a picture of the massive bruise on by big bald forehead. This year I had no significant head wounds, so no picture there I'm afraid. I did take a number of hits to the body though, and in particular the hand, which broke the skin and was my own fault as it was done at point blank range as i charged a barricade ;) the big man blyth was along this time, but he was no where near stupid as i was and so had few bruises to look at :D
