Has our cup run helped us to raise the cash need for our own tax bill?

Its a shame about Weymouth,but its been coming for a long time all they've done is possibly delay the decision..On a note nearer home it does seem to seem to be taking us a long time to raise the money to pay the Revenue and Customs which would lead one to beleive that it is a substantial sum ,hope that we dont go the same way .
I noticed on Saturday that there were less stewards around the ground,which I was told was part of the cost cutting. The question is why can we now have less stewards than we have had for the last few seasons ,have the rules changed or are we now realizing we didn't need all the stewards we did have. If so why has it taken this long to figure out and why couldn't it have been done sooner ?
