Love Psychedelico is the first Japanese band that I ever really liked. I still like them!

Anyways, they are releasing a "best of" CD in the U.S. on 06/18/2008. On that same day they will also release a DVD (called golden grapefruit box) of their live concert at Budokan in 2007. The DVD also has a second disc with lots of extra content including live at The Liquid room.

This is pretty exciting and they have a really good chance for some penetration into the american market. Hopefully their marketing is good. As much as I hate to say it, they really need some MTV coverage.

LP is a pretty good band, I like them a lot. I should pick this up. Are they on any music channels?

i like them also but am disappointed that they havent extended themselves to the east coast of the us in their "conquest of the usa"

Yeah, gogo didn't come to Seattle even though SXSW went there. So I didn't get to see them T___________T

LP's newest album is pretty different from their first 3. I don't like it as much. Its more dance/electronic type music and seems less careful than the others. The first 3 albums are really pretty good though and America is new to them so They have a good chance with their mostly english music.
