All right, so there's been some changes and yes I guess I am totally to blame? I dont think so.

Since around 3 months ago, only 3 members of eV actually gave 2 shits about the whole clan arrangement in Oceania. 2 of those members, namely myself and Blitz saw something in actually bringing eV to the forefront of CTF competitiveness with such clans as MOA (and more recently MK) as well as having CTR somewhere in the shadows somewhere. Basically eV could not compete with those clans on a 'TEAM BASED' level, which pretty much means there were NO TEAM ideals, we didn't work as a team, we weren't a team, we were barely a clan although 12 people had the [eV] tag next to their name. Besides myself and Blitz, only revstar was particularly interested in the T words (TEAM and TACTICS) but as we all know, he's gone on to become one with the new dawn of CTR in RpM. I wish him the best of luck with that endeavour, I sincerely do.

So there we go, 2 members actually working towards a Team, Blitz and myself, Rev preparing to do his own thing, Ry and Czar (the former leadership team) constantly bickering and making STUPID mistakes and the rest of the guys generally floating about and not really caring beyond 0% to what's happening within our clan.

Perhaps now you can slowly see why we needed a stir up? Czar handed me leadership duties for one reason or another. He'd had enough because his decisions were constantly being questioned and he wasn't being respected by those in his clan? I cannot answer that because I'm not Czar, however I am very pleased to take the reigns and join Rygrass at the top and slap this clan together the way it should be. I spent a few days deciding what I'd do, whether I'd start a new clan (I'd lost Rev for certain, had 6 inactive player and if Czar didn't hang up his eV boots, I'd lose another key member) but luckily things panned out and I decided to begin this new era for eV and here we are today.

So, Blitz, Rygrass and myself shortlisted some players for termination and I shall list them now and the reasons why they were axed:

1) Dodo - Selected because we believed he didn't care about team ethics or actually being in a clan at all and 'just wanted to play doom' ... no hard feelings but the fact of the matter is, 'we just want to play team doom' in eV.

2) Stewboy - A tough termination but the simple reason is that we pinned him as being too unreliable, in a sense, very hard to 'slot him into' a Clan War set for a specific date etc. It was also evident he didn't come on to IRC because he cant connect is irrelevant, the fact is he doesn't come on to IRC which is where we organise everything.

3) Skullking - Another tough one. SK is one of the best players I've fought on ZD and is a great guy, however he has priorities with mapping and perhaps playing Skulltag, I hope he understands why we selected him for termination. I wish him the best of luck with his mapping and to get some games on the some day!

4) Morbity - One of these 'fabled' Old School members, I've been playing on ZD now for around 8 months and have seen him online maybe twice? Sorry but you're inactive, so goodbye, mate.

5) Technosis - See above.

6) Lies - See above. I believe Lies was liked amongst the ZD community, however he doesn't fit into our new criteria and for that reason has been terminated. If he comes back to ZD as a permanent player at some stage, Im sure he'll be snapped up by another clan.

And as of this week, revstar and czar have found homes in new clans, well rev to RpM and Czar was luckily enough to be allowed to join MOA.

There you go, this time last week eV had 13 members, now we have 5 members, 5 active members, who believe in this clan. We're still in the process of procuring that 6th member, but the decision will not be taken lightly.

If you read this, I appreciate it and hopefully you can now have some understanding about why things have gone the way they have. I'll gladly answer any more questions anyone has, so go ahead and ask away.

The future is bright for eV, I can sense it but only because someone has taken charge and began to clean up this mess.

Pfft. Czar and Rygrass couldn't organise a monkeys shit fight at a zoo. Hence such a promising clan took a dive.
I'm not here to flame though. We look forward to seeing you guys in game for a war or two in the near future.
