Waiter! All you budding chefs!
I have had a massive amount of response to cooking horse. Some chefs-in-training cooked a marvellous course, while others struggled to reign in their long odds.
One question that kept cropping up was, "What do I do with the leftover hooves?".
So, cease salivating, and fire up your woks!
1. Marinate the four hooves for 2 minutes per hoof. (If your horse was named lucky, that's six minutes).
2. Put your wok on a heat setting between Medium-Rocket-Propellant and Aye-Chilli and heat a dab of oil.
3. Toss the hooves for 10 to 20 minutes.
4. Add track-grass for taste.
5. Giddyup!
