Title: Valid Write-up

For example, hitting a Ton80 but losing the '01 match.

What good is a Ton80 if you can't win the game???

Just for the record, they do count even if you lose the game.

I'd say they should count. If they didn't, that would be like saying you made it to the Super Bowl, but b/c you lost you don't get any bonus.

I'd like to see a Super Bowl played where the winner takes all (the bonuses) :D

Maybe I am a little sadistic eh?

Maybe, but life without sadistic people would be boring. :) I see your point, it would kind of stink to throw a 180, feel all happy about the accomplishment and then lose the game. You would probably receive enough ridicule from your team for not winning to balance out the sense of accomplishment. Wait now that sounds a little sadistic...

how many write-ups do you need for a plaque and what if any is the prize money pay out for them

James J. London, CDC 900278 - October 4, 2007 04:26 PM (GMT)
In the revised rules, I believe it says you only need one write-up to get a
"plaque"; however, in the past, you needed to get 5 before you got a "plaque".
Beginning with next session, Missy will be designing a certificate that players can frame and put up in there home. With the recent change in personnel, their are some issues that we are now becoming aware of that we will be addressing over the next several days and weeks. We may start the certificate idea this session, but many of the other planned changes may not occur until next session. In the meantime we will continue to look for feedback from our members.

I hope this answers the question and please leave any feedback you might have.
