As a captain, I would find it very difficult to except cash from a visiting team to send with score sheet. Reason being, if cash is in an envelope, what are the chances the envelope will make it thru the mail? For example "someone" pockets the cash and tosses the rest and as the home team captain I am held responsible for whole thing, via penalties points and monetary payback.

So my question is....... can I refuse to take cash from the visiting team? and not have some kind of grievence filed against me?

I know there is a penalty for sending cash to the CDC for weekly fees. But will it stop someone from trying to give cash to a home team captain?
