well hi everyone im finally home after 43 days in the hospital. i had serious complications following my bariatric surgery. the surgery actually went well,
but afterwards i got an infection in the chest. i was put on heavy doses of morphine and antibiotics. i literally dont remember anything from may 27th
until june 14th. during that time ive been told i coded twice and had 2 more emegency surgeries. i have already lost 65 lbs. i started a year ago at around 455
and today im around 339. its been a brutal last month and a half. im pretty much i constant pain. my stomach is still open, there is a wound vacuum in place to shrink all the skin together and close the wound, which should take a month to a month and a half. im pretty bored so if you want to chat call me.

Glad you made it thru all that.... WOW. Also glad you have lost so much weight.

I hope things continue to get better for you :D

Glad you pulled through. I hope you continue to feel better. I can give you some advice from having several surgeries. Take it Easy! Don't push yourself. You don't want to open your wound back up. Hang in there!
