at the club at 216-226-2582 and let us now. you would need to be available to pick up the easels at around 11:00 am at the storage unit and take them to quotes II set them up and then break them down after the event and return them to the unit after the event. if you have teammates that want to help we could get them some "perks" also, but i will have to talk to them first. if someone else is interested in helping setup and breakdown easels please contact me or michelle

anyway we are two weeks away and we need to get these little details ironed out and set in stone.
remember to vote in the election while your at the tourney. you need to be there between 2:45 and 4:00pm to be eligible to vote. this is you notice. dont come up and ask to vote at 10:00 pm. kat and i will be counting the votes around 5:00pm.
there are 5 nominees on the ballot and you can vote for any number of them. you can vote for 1 to 5 people.
also at 2:00 pm is the general membership meeting. if you have not been to one before i encourage you to come to one. they are interesting. a lot of topics a discussed and reports are given by the president and treasure. we will then open the floor for an open discussion. if you have a topic you would like discussed please call michelle and let us know so we can hav some idea and research it if nescesary.

uummm i really am serious. i need someone with a pickup truck. and the only way that i will know that you are available to volunteer is if you click the "add reply" button or call me. which as of wednasday the 9th of may no one has done. i can only assume that most of the summer teams have figured out by now that there were 4 tickets in the folders for thier use at the may 19th party. based on the 45 or so teams that there were folders for this means there were 180 tickets passed out at folder pickup. this means 180 of you should be making plans to attend.
noww it is really going to be fun playing on one board if no one volunteers to help
pick up and deliver the easels. (im only kidding) the point being that we need a little help here people. is it really to much to ask for people to kick in and help out a little?? why does everyone always assume everyone else will do it. how about this time we all kick in and help each other out. there is plenty to do. please leave your name here or call me

I have inquired to several people about providing a truck for the event. I am waiting to hear back. Is there an option to just rent a small truck from UHaul? If we cant get someone to provide transportation, we have that option open.
