i have over 30 different donations for the chineese raffel
i have split up the divisions to give everyone a chance
i have incorperated a general membership meeting so you the member can have topics discussed in an open forum.
i am holding the B.O.D. elections that day so that there are several different reasons for you the member to come to this fundraiser.
i have run all of this city to make this the best fundraiser i can. i hope you the member will do your part and attend.
i have also asked the "gold level"/"all-star" level players that attend to make themselves available to all darters and to answer questions and such with them.
so i hope everyone comes and feels free to socialize along with enjoying the food and drink and darts. make some new friends and learn some new dart strategies.
we will also be awarding the destinguished darter award at the fundraiser. this is the clubs highest award and i hope everyone comes to see who gets it this year.

Jon, I cant vote...my option isnt available...I am in Canada that weekend for another dart tournament...however, there is not a "No I cannot attend" voting option.

Also, you are starting to sound a little pushy and that may be putting people off.....also, there may be people who are not going to commit (even in a anonymous forum poll) to coming on any given weekend....

if someone is not coming i dont need to tell the people at quotes to not order food for them and not order beer for them. so it really is irrelevant and unneccesary to have a no im not coming vote. i need volunteers, i was hoping people would donate some more prizes to the raffle, (its not set in stone yet but there maybe a seperate donations raffle for darters who donate prizes) i hope the tourney in canada goes well it is for a good cause.
