Good Job on the financal progress! This goes to prove that the present representitives of this club are focusing in the right direction, now do something to solidify that future representitives maintian this focus.

I agree with the plan to reduce the bar fees but do not think it is a good idea to eliminate them all together, the fee is a good means to create a vested intrest in darts and the club. Maybe a points program to reward the bars for their participation could be set in place if it is found that there is extra money in the future. A good idea for this would be a system of points which could be spent on specific darts equipment (preferably if someone could be persuaded to create a personalized CDC line of products) distributed by the CDC and purchased from the lowest bidder; such as boards, back boards, lighting, toe lines, ect. which would create an environment everyone can be proud of. This same concept could be used to reward members who remain loyal to the CDC.
