I'll start this off by stating that the entire Winter Tournaments "event" is swamped by TOO MUCH TEXT and literature, graphics, etc. It can be very confusing for both the newbie and the veteran.
For the 2005 Tournaments I made a concerted effort to trim out a lot of the verbage. In some cases, I went too far and deleted some pertinent stuff - like, "who keeps score" in Round 1 & 2....
One of my goals is to try and the entire event, aside from the lottery, to fit on two (2) 8x11" pages.
Another is to come up with a better method of getting the results posted on the website. We currently use an older version of Excel, and while it does get the job done (sort of), it's cumbersome.
The actual game format is something that could certainly use some attention, IMO.
