TNS boss in furious attack on FAW

TNS chairman Mike Harris has severely criticised the Football Association of Wales' handling of the game.

The millionaire was particularly critical of the use of Uefa grant money on a plush new headquarters in Cardiff.

"Some Uefa money was permitted for that but the main aim was to help clubs meet European licensing criteria," he told the Welsh football "Non-League Paper".

But FAW official John Deakin says new offices were vital and defended the voluntary work of FAW council members.

The FAW is so out of touch and quite simply a complete joke! The have let the FAW cup die by expelling all the teams that could bring some interest to the cup!!!

No that was the FAW Premier Cup. The FAW Cup is the Welsh version of the FA Cup. Finals used to be played at the old Arms Park back in the days when the Welsh clubs in English league were allowed to enter... now they play it at LLanelli in front of 800 fans!!!

I do apoligize, you should have said The Welsh Cup.
I remember The Welsh Cup, The County won it once ! :D
