To be honest I've never heard of him however a few of the older blokes in my office say he was a great player and a true legend.

Yes, he was a big part of the Lisbon Lions team of 1967 that was the first British and non Latin team to win the European cup. And he scored more than a 100 goals for The Tic. x)
