What's wrong with this picture?

You don't have to take the title of this thread at face value... if you have an example that isn't in a photograph, that's okay.

For example:

When I was at Wal-Mart about a week ago, I saw a girl who must have been about 12 years old with her mom and brother.

The part that I noticed is that the girl was wearing a t-shirt that said "R Kelly," and it had his image on it. So, can anyone here tell me, what's wrong with that picture??

the same thing that's wrong with the video for 50 Cent's book, this young kid walking around with a $50 bill, going into a store, and buying the book with NO ADULT SUPERVISION!

People just don't give a crap about what their kids do anymore. My son doesn't listen to music much, unless I have it playing, and believe me, I make sure he doesn't hear a bunch of raunchy language. We don't swear in our home, and I don't think he needs to hear it in music either. Even Duran Duran has some music with cursing in it, which really bothers me, and I just don't see the need for language like that at all.

In the late 90s, there was this popular, but terrible, rap song called "Make 'Em Say Unnhh!" I was in a Target store when I was around this lady who had two young children sitting in the shopping cart. They were both saying "Make 'Em Say Unnhh! Na-na na-na!" over and over again. It was sad, but kind of funny.

True, there are a lot of bad acts out there who use a lot of obscenities in their music and what all...

- but what I was scratching my head over is why a mom would allow her 10 - 12 year old daughter wear an "R Kelly" t-shirt. R Kelly was in trouble for having sex with underaged girls.

FWIW, I can remember when my brother was real young, repeating some raunchy song about "do the bump all night long and keep your mouth shut". I doubt he knew what it meant at the time, but that also was both funny and sad at the same time.

I wish I could post a clipping someone emailed me. It's from a newspaper, and a photo of a pregnant woman accompanies an article about construction. She is seen on her porch looking at the work, and the caption states she is worried about the effect jackhammer noise will have on her unborn baby. Oh, she is also holding a cigarette...

We did a tour today and stopped at a Japanese cemetery with a large Buddhist temple. The bus driver pointed out an inexplicable sign, "Ocean view spots still available."
