If you're on a dial up connection, it will take awhile for the photos to download, but it's so worth it. You especially have to see the 3rd and 4th photos in the first post.

Just to make things clear, the women pictured there are in Iran, and not Iraq.

One or two people (who I can only presume are liberals) at that board jumped into that thread to be wet blankets, to lecture the other posters on how they should respect and value women, Iran, etc., but nobody said anything that merited those remarks, that I could tell. There were one or two lewd jokes, but that was about it.

I was at a blog yesterday, Conservative Underground, and some liberal goober was denying that Saddam had the rape rooms, that his thugs shoved guys alive into paper shredders. He was even denying that there were mass graves. -Despite that fact that different news organizations carried stories on all that, and some had many photos of the mass graves in Iraq.

It was Iran? I thought it was Iraq.
The goober who writes about what was not found in Iraq needs to go there or talk to someone like my husband who IS there and has seen the unbelievable piles of skeletons and rotted bodies piled into mass graves. Saddam even had his daughter's husband killed because the guy wanted to leave Iraq. There is nothing positive to say about him. He is one of the so-called evil ones, up there with Hitler, Manson, Stalin, suicide bombers, and the rest.
Liberal goober probably thinks that we never went to the moon either, it was faked!

Yeah, one liberal guy at this board ("Conservative Underground") was denying certain things. I think he did acknowledge that there were *some* mass graves, but he said the rest of the figures were hyped and inflated by the media and/or the Bush administration.

I used to have links to various news stories about the rape rooms, the use of paper shredders on live people, etc, but I've since lost them, otherwise, I would've cited those for him.

Now, I can't imagine our media, which is largely left wing, trying to make Bush look good, so I don't know where he got that from.

You need to go to the "Global Outlook" forum and see a thread I started there called "I am I Love Rabbits." My experience at that conservative board was pretty bad. It led me to believe that just as the far left extremists are crackpots and lunatics, there are also crack pots and lunatics on the far right, too.

There are some nuts on the right too. I just hate it when people like me (conservative) are portrayed as the KKK or something, but when leftists blow up car lots and homes, or blatantly lie on TV or in films, or support terrorists, they're not called extremists, no, they are practising free speech.

Lady C., I replied to your last post in a thread called "Far Right, Far Left Lunatics" in the Global Outlook forum.

We've had similar threads before, but they seem to be buried right now.

Remember the series of books that came out in the 1990s or so, called "Separated at Birth?"

I flipped through one at a "K-Mart," and the only photo comparison I remember is a scary looking, talking tree from some movie with Bette Davis from Whatever Happened To Baby Jane.
