All too often, it is heard that blood traitors are the cause of such inabilities. At long last, it seems that a government has taken charge, and is prepared to provide children with the support they need to catch up to their 'genetically advantaged' peers. With help and training, they will stand a chance of becoming as good, or better than the purebloods - and the gap between cross-blood families and the purists will be gone forever.
