I just finished Stephenie Meyer's Twighlight. It's also a vampire story, but quite different from Anne Rice. I loved it, and recommend it to everyone highly!!! At the moment I'm reading Hunter S. Thompson's Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas. It's a contemporary classic. If you haven't read it, you NEED to- if I ran school systems, it would be on eveyone's required reading list! :D
