Ok so I'm new here. I'm writing a fantasy novel called Alex and the Wizard's Tale.

It's about an eleven year old boy called Alex who discovers that there is some connection between a children's fairy tale and him. The boy then sets off to find more information about the tale. With the help of his friends he will have to face the dark wizard, Dark Morith.

What is most surprising to him is that his mother (or a woman that has his mother's name) is the one who wrote the tale but because she died recently, it is more difficult for him to find information. His father, although mean and greedy, lets it slip about the real identity of the writer.

That's what I have come up with at the time. I'm not happy with the names though.

Main Character: Alex Carr
Mother: Bethilda Carr (I love her name but hate the last name)
Father: Mr. Carr ( I haven't made up a name yet)
Dark Wizard: Dark Morith (I HATE this name but I can't come up with any better ones.

I'm still deciding if I'm going to send the main character to school. I think I will but I can't come up with a school name.

I need help in naming as you can see so please comment and include a suggestion.
