hi everyone this is david aka dalgon here. heres a poem i wrote last summer

Eternal Thoughts

When old dreams fade into nothingness
the journey chasing those dreams end
and the journey to know todya begins

one soul seeks another
each decision leading them down new paths
searching for memories of a distant past

one mystery begets the next
and the doors of fate are open to those with wishes
whether they seek to walk through those doors or to destroy them
we are free to sever the chains of fate that binds us to eternal memories.

very true, touching!

the 2nd and 3rd stanzas were gripping.

but i found the 1st a bit cheesy.

Well, first off, welcome to the site. May you post and post and post until you drop dead. Second of all, I loved your choice of wording. I also liked the fact that the poem in itself was very well written, and you seemed to have a good grasp of what you were writing about. Watch out for spelling errors, though and you may or may not want to fix your title
