Admired, hailed, awed,
She is better than almost all,
Never questioned, all the others must applaud
She sees the world differently,
Her eyes have been blessed, her eyes have been cursed,
because she never can quench her only true thirst.
Bow for my greatness, and bow for my knowledge!
Bow for my insite, and bow for my perception!
Bow for my passion, and bow for my courage!
Bow towards the deepest depths of the ocean that you shall never see,
Feed me!
Bow to me, bow to me!
Cease your admirations, cease your cheers
Close your mouths and open your eyes
Can you not see that I'm dying inside?
Can you not see that I'm burning inside?
Do you smell the mutilating flesh?
Do you hear the heart piercing scream?
Or is it only in my dream?
That's as it would seem, all in my head.
My mind cannot be explained by any words ever said.
Weep for my sorrows, and weep for my tears
Weep for my secrets and weep for my fears
Weep for my failures, weep for the ammature
Weep for my aspirations that will never be cheered!
Weep for the cries that you cannot hear!
Weep for me, weep for me!
Neither understood nor satisfied,
My misery I continue to hide,
No one loves this more than me
I thirst for sucess ever so desperately
My desire cannot be quenched,
So long as I am second best.
You are such an amazing writer. You never cease to amaze me with your work. I love it.
Bow to your greatness indeed! What i love about your writing is that it never fails to have a fiery passion about it, very much like Athena! all hail this poem!
