I still remember what you said
The very first time we met

All through the time we were living the lie
I didn't think you would pass me by

Running, dancing, screaming in the sun
All that time I thought we were one

Then the feeling left me
When realised what we'd did

You made me hurt when I wasn't ready
I was just a kid.
