The world of The Path to Take is destroyed, only remnants of the old glory remain. A stringent and authoritarian god now rules, angered by the impetuous actions of his children, the banished gods Weshtrel, Lena, and Yonnel. Now, the world is nothing as it once was, and it is even more a world of decay and war.
Now the barrier between the Old World and Middle World is down. The bestial equines of the Old World are flooding into the sparsely populated world of Zyos and taking over. They are bounty hunters and asassasins, witches and killers. The evil king of the Old World wishes to wipe out all who oppose him, the entire Middle World included.
