Title: "Mrrrow"
Description: ~Ah, The Shiny One Wants A Mate~

Silverstreak - December 26, 2007 10:15 PM (GMT)
Elegance's glittering tailtip twitched, causing the spike to flick about. It looked much like a thorn made of icicle, not at all disguising the capability of its strike. Her majestic body shimmered in the dim moonlight; the gods would be meeting tonight.

I don't need a mate, the Shard told herself. You have you! But, much as she screamed in her mind, Elegance knew that she needed a little bit of love in her life. She was totally alone; no male had claimed her yet, and this was her first time in the Mate Finder.

The snow leopard stalked underneath a tree and neatly curled her tail-- spike facing upwards-- over her paws. This could be a long wait.

A mate finder? I thought you were looking for your sister! buzzed a froth deep within Bluefire's throat, gulping as he stepped into the grounds, his paws shaking. His tail flickered. Where was he going by this. Wasting time when he could be looking fro his closest relative. He did not know why, but some ancient urge told him so. His blue coat, glowing in the moonlight. Why was the moon trying to tell him something. His stripes sparkled in their royal blue glory. His pelt, a slate blue with royal blue streaked over his body shook in the wind. His fur deep and thick, keeping both the heat and cold. Anyone would know that looking for a relative in the dark is useless. But he still pondered why he was here.

There infront of him was another ice cat, her coat glissing in the light shining from the moon. She was stunning, and even Bluefire liked her elegance. Yet he opened his mouth, with his sabre teeth. He was not a sabre, but a mixture of breeds, his father in his cruelness was one. He cared only about power. But Bluefire tried not to think about his past, spulltering out a Hi.

A tiger approached. A glossy light blue, painted royale blue stripes, a long coat, sabres like ice emerging from his mouth. Elegance opened her mouth to speak, then blushed so deeply that it showed a bit through her fur. Her tail twitched; her neck fur (Luckily, it was out of view) prickled; her claws dug deeper into the ground beneath her thorn-spiked tail.

Then, she made another attempt to speak. This time, it worked. "H-h-hi?" Elegance stammered.

(EDIT: Sorry, I was reading his bio and must have misread it.)

What to say... out of the thousands of sayings - one could win her over. Bluefire shuffled in the most outter wierd way you could get, turning to the elegant cat that sat beside him. His stripes sparkled with a distantict shine, like a water glare shining into one's eyes. He opened his mouth, revealing the sharpest of blade-like fangs. Cruel, white as ivory from a tusk. But he was not overpowering anyone, not like his father. Bluefire managed to cough out a 'I'm' but it ended more like this. Bluefire... erm nice to meet you... What was he thinking. This out of control urge to talk to a stranger. He shuffled to an awkade position, a half lay half sit. Waiting for the dasmal's reply to what he thought was terrible speak.

"Ah... yes." Elegance still couldn't take her icy gaze off of him. Her paws were shuffling in embarassment under her tail, which twitched ever so slightly.

No! You can't fall in love, you don't even have a clan, she told herself soundlessly. But she had no other name for the way her heart wanted to soar in the skies above.

As her eyes, looking deep within his. Bluefire had a strange feeling, it got stronger and stronnger everytime he even glanced at her. Yet he did not know her name. She was twitching ever so slighting, but he took no bitter energy to notice it. So.. what's your name me'lady? she was beautiful, but like she (but didn't know) he had not claimed a land of his own, nor joined one. He was on exile. Something told him not to claim such a land. But he was evening doubting his earlier thoughts, but Bluefire was more interested in the cat of the opposite gender.

"E-Elegance..." she could barely speak. Elegance once again wanted to soar in the skies above with him. She couldn't lie to herself anymore.

So this is love? Yes... so painful, so wonderful, both at the same time...
