Broken Song - December 20, 2007 01:14 AM (GMT)
Name: Deaphriin or Riin

Alliance: Wind

Race: Cheetah Chinook

Description: Riin is a cheetah chinnok. He has a lean build with slender legs and a slightly narrowed head. His fur is tawney yellow with large and small black spots. His eyes are traditionally white. Riin's ears and bottoms-of-paws are black. He has swirly black markings on his neck, underside, paws and tail. He has a white underside, muzzle and tail tip. He also has the 'mohawk' from the back of his neck to his forehead. The feathers along his spine are the colour of his fur, tipped in black.

Personality:Riin is serious. He is focused, quiet, never side-tracked and patient. Whenever a problem comes up, he tries to think of the best solution before he does anything. He is also petrifide of fire

Why you think they should be in the Plot: I think Riin should be included in the plot because he isn't really a character I plan to do much with yet. He has had a tough past and I believe a plot would make him more sociable and friendly, as well as make him less miserable.

Sample Roleplay: Riin stepped around the huge oak tree he had been recently sheltering in. It still bothered him the the canopy above obscured his view of the sky and that he couldn't run straight across the ground with colliding full on with a tree truck. He twitched his ears and winced when a crack swiped through the air. He wasn't used to stepped on dead leaves instead of short grass, flattened by generations of wind cats. Swishing his striped tail along the leaf-strewn ground, she stalked around the trees, his nose in the air, scenting for any prey that might sustain him. He noticed a fresh scent of mouse of the wind and slowly, deliberatly made his way to the base of a tree, where he saw the leaves rustling and saw a small pointed nose snuffling among the seeds and grains. Riin inhaled sharply, surprised the mouse hadn't heard him. He bunched his hind legs and sailed through the air, landing squarely on the mouse and taking it's life with a swift bite. As he carried his prize back to his oak, he felt a glimmer of pride. Maybe he could learn to live the forest ways.

PastCat - December 20, 2007 03:05 AM (GMT)
Hmmmm... Okay.

Name: Sleipnir
Alliance: Aves
Race: Alandor horse
Description:A black Shetland pony, he has short legs and a rotund body. However, he is not fat, he's muscular. He has three white streaks on his side from which his powers originate. He also has many other body scars, most notably one above his eye. His mane and tail are thick and white. He has penetrating steel-gray eyes.
Personality:Easily underestimated, he always seems to by trying to prove himself. He is a fighter only if he needs (or wants) to be. He is brave, daring, and willing to think outside of the box. He can be unpredictable if provoked. He is independent and keeps mostly to himself. He has the same high regard for prophesy as his ancestress, Calista. (Who is also his spirit guide)

Why you think they should be in the Plot: I am not doing much with him and my muse has skyrocketed. I also want to resurrect the Calista connection and use it more. I also think that a smaller horse adds some variety to the mission.

Sample Roleplay: Sleipnir awoke with a start in the thicket in which he had made his dwelling. The dream had returned again: he was running... running away from the giant stallion. Suddenly, he felt himself being joined by another horse, his equal in size. The other little horse had turned against his opressor and with a shake of her mane had caused the grass behind him freeze into a solid cake of ice. The pursuer never saw it coming, never had a chance to stop himself as he hit the frozen earth and grasses. In an instant, both he and the ice had vanished leaving Sleipnir alone with the small mare. "Greetings, Sleipnir. I am Calista. I have chosen to return here from the land beyond to guide you." The pony was stunned to think that the ancestors thought him worthy of a spirit guardian. "You will be called upon for a quest. Until then, find a place in the protection of a stronger stallion; fight well for him and you will be rewarded with this future-quest" In that instant, his ancestor vanished. and Sleipnir awoke. Calista had spoken to him again; but why? He had already gained a warriorship position for the God Onzilli. Why did she choose to speak to him again? Was she preparing him for the future-quest? Sleipnir decided to ignore Calista for now. He needed to find forage for the morning. It was no use pondering prophesy on an empty stomach.

lil'eagle - December 23, 2007 03:50 AM (GMT)
Name: Midnight Lance
Alliance: shadow
Race:wolf, Hallucination

Description:He is blacker than black, so pitch black it's scary. his eyes are the common yellow with black slits in them, and always have a sly tint in them.

Personality:Most of the time he keeps to himself, he really doesn't talk much, Lance has a very deep voice most wolves find it creepy. Some times he likes playing tricks with the minds of animals, he useually won't hurt them. being very stealthy he can get away with things. he is quite talented at poofing in various places. He also doesn't just use his poofing tactics, he also is very strong and can do without his power if neccisary.

Why you think they should be in the Plot: Well he is a cocky and self rightious wolf and know no fear. He is very noble but I think he'll be a twist on the mission. His escuse on going is he has nothing else to do.

Sample Roleplay: It was silent and dark, very dark. Lightless Grove of course was like that. Suddenly the silence was broken by mysterious sound, it sounded like whisping wind in various places. It continued till it reached a certian point, the heart of the grove. There standing was pitch black wolf and a swirling black smoke like cloud was flooting away from him. He looked around, his yellow eyes glowed in the never endnig darkness. Silence regain order momentarily, he perck his ears to listen for any living thing. He then raised his head a howled out ," I, MidnightLance claim this barren Grove. If anyone isn't to pleased with this come and fight me know or forever hold your peace." his voice echoed off the branches of the trees. " Well then," he said in a more quiet voice," this land is for me and my pack and I will rule at the best of my abilities." he smiled with confidence. Suddenly he vanished only leaving a twisted cloud of black.

Silverstreak - December 23, 2007 05:31 AM (GMT)
Name: Dragonfly
Alliance: Fire
Race: Wolf (Firefly)
Description: Dragonfly is as black as coal and has sparks of a fiery red on his pelt. This gives his coat a very firey look. His eyes are amber, and like all Fireflies', they seem to burn. Dragonfly has distinctive ginger paws, and he is abnormally skinny (Not the type of skinny where you can always see his ribs, the kind where he's really small for a wolf). He has a ginger stomach that is the exact same shade of orange as his paws.
Personality: Dragonfly is very shy and timid. He hates fights, and will do anything to avoid one. He struggles from an ambition that he got from his father, and will do anything to protect a wolf he likes.

Why you think they should be in the Plot: HE ISH JUST SO AWESOMISH!!! I mean, his history, his personality, I just love roleplaying him. And now I realize that this is so much like Brambleclaw...
Sample Roleplay: Dragonfly carefully picked his way across the Steam Slope, sometimes yelping in surprise when a geyser spewed steam into the air. He looked for a sign of wolf life; nothing. He couldn't help scratching the ground with slight ambition; if no wolf had yet claimed this place, it was up for the grabs for him.

The red streaks flashed swiftly as the Firefly padded higher up the slope. He slipped occasionally from the steepness that was building up. When he was at the highest of the hill that was not in the Fire Feilds, he looked nervously at the Steam Slope.

It looked perfect for him to build up a pack. The scent of elk was picked up by his nose on the breeze; and the wolves could always drink hot water from the geysers, being immune to heat. The only problem that was very obvious was finding a den. His sight could not make out any place suitable to construct a burrow or cave; let alone one that was already made.

Dragonfly took a deep breath. He licked his chest very breifly, and then tried to speak-- but no sound came out. The Firefly tried a second time; this time, it rang out loud and clear. His voice shook with nervousness and modesty, but in his mind a spark of ambition was in it (Though no one else could hear it).

"I, Dragonfly, claim The Steam Slope for my pack. I am not sure whether I have the true heart or mind of a leader, but I will try and find out. If any male opposes me, please speak now."

When he heard no answer, he lowered his head for a moment, taking a deep breath. Finally, Dragonfly let out a long, eerie howl-- it was filled with strength and youth, but Dragonfly did not hear that. The one thing echoed in his mind: "Dragonfly, you're not good enough to be an alpha. You're not good enough for anything."

TigerGirl - December 24, 2007 01:40 AM (GMT)
Name: TigerDreaming (real name is Titiana {TEE-tin-ya})

Alliance: Grador

Race: Felin

Description: Whilst most cubs are cute to some, TigerDreaming is the opposite. She has wild fuzzy guard haird growing on her orange-brown coat. She is a sumatran build, and is very small for her age despite her species. She has large brood paws, and thin ebony stripes. She is quite bulky but can run a fair distance in a time that would suprise many.

Personality: TigerDreaming is serective, distrusting at times and pusudes she is right even though she knows she is wrong. She can be foolish at times but is quite smart for a usual-looking cub.

Why you think they should be in the Plot: I haven't done much with her, and she's my favourite character; and my muse grows more when I use my characters less often.

Sample Roleplay:

It was night-time. The gloomy moon hung it's little light dancing through the tree-tops. Occaisly the mysterious eerie light would cover the dark orange brown fur of TigerDreaming. It had occured to her that ever since her mother was brutely, savagely killed by a unknown enemy. Her heart still was low from her confusion but she was not alone. Yet no one was around in the dark forest. The stars twinkling in the navy blue belt were not ethier. It was deep inside her, a spirit of her ancestor TigerClaw, a herione with the name of a ruthless killer. It looks silly for such a bulky cub to run like the wind; but this was exactly what she was doing. Some one, was after her. That same person that left her mother to die infront if her. Yan Forest's trees shadow's hanging on her white limp body. Her father to her was dead as well, dying the way he lived. He was fighter, a ruthless killer. But she had the heart of her mother, kind but her father's distrusting ways. He had the body of a sabre, long teeth hanging out of his blood lusted mouth, his fur shaggy and matted, blue stripes dripping down to his white underbelly. Though she had never seen her father, it rung through her head, staying there like a fly. Buzzing around. She had the glitter of blue running her her stripes. The only horse part perched upon her tail. The silence breaking by the lone owl, its cries filling her with fear. She gulped, and contuined on.

There infront of her was a ice cat, his teeth hanging from his mouth. He was not full sabre, and his build was much finer. His pelt was a slate blue, unlike her father; as blue as the sky. She backed off, but her ancestor took over, she could only watch as the being got closer to her. His paws shining in the moon light. Each on his paws alined with short sharp claws. He appeared his whole body in the moonlight.

"Sister?"

TigerGirl - January 19, 2008 04:09 AM (GMT)
All the monsterous ones charries are played by someone who has entered a character already.

Silverstreak - January 19, 2008 04:42 AM (GMT)
Can you have another charrie in the plot?

Name: Elegance
Alliance: Ice
Race: Snow Leopard (Shard)
Description: Elegance is mainly a very light silver, while her belly, throat, and the area around both eyes are all as white as newly fallen snow. Her spots are very small and only dot where the silver on her fur is. Elegance, like all Ice cats, seems to receive a ripple of shine whenever she moves. Her long, thin tail is tipped with a spike that looks exactly like ice; it is just as white, just as hard, and looks like an icicle. Her eyes are silver as her fur, another abundant trait among Ice cats.
Personality: Elegance is honest and very trusty. She tends to hold grudges, and is even to horses and wolves. She is also very calm; the world could be coming to an end, and she wouldn't go crazy. Elegance is usually in the same mood; understanding and kind. She prefers to be solitary, but when she has to Elegance will show her social side.

Why you think they should be in the Plot: She is becoming REALLY active. I also like her a lot. See how much you see light blue used (I am the only one who uses it as a color) and you'll understand. Besides, Ice needs to be filled, and there aren't a lot of them; none, I think, are as actively used as Elegance.
Sample Roleplay: Elegance was nervous. Not a little nervous, VERY nervous. Naturally, she was not social after being an only cub. And here she was, in the Claiming Grounds, millions of other animals surrounding her!

As a leaf fluttered onto her nose, Elegance let out a little squeal. She shook her head, muttering "Only a leaf," to herself, and prowled the ground for an open space where she could wait. Her belly fur scraped gently across the ground, shimmering beautifully as she stalked. Elegance's tail was low to the grass, a shining ripple moving through the lethal spike that it was tipped with.

The Shard finally found a tree with low-hanging branches, and with no other creature near it. She leapt gracefully onto the branch and perched herself; this might take a while.

Spottedleaf - January 19, 2008 05:01 AM (GMT)
Name: Dweezil
Alliance: Shadowed Ones
Race: horse, night mare
Description: Dweezil is black, pure black, except for three whote spots. One above his right eye, one on his left back leg, and the other on his back. His flame glows bright orange, blue, and white (in that order as his tail goes farther away from the rest of his body).
Personality: Dweezil is bright and said to be bold. He hates to loose a fight and would fight to the death about anything. He won't let anything stand in his way and would rather fight than talk things out.

Why you think they should be in the Plot: DIVERSITY!!! Someone who will stand up and fight so this won’t be a “perfect plot” mission. Something to shake things up really. This way it hopefully won’t be EXACTLY like The New Prophecy. I promise, he won’t cause too much trouble though. (Oh, and, not to mention, there’s basically a flat line going straight for his plot. I have no plans for him, so maybe this will help my muse.)
Sample Roleplay:

Dweezil stared at Eilza from his spot near the top of the mountain. His eyes shown with mistrust and ununderstanding, both at once. Then he rushed closer, his mane and tail flaming behind him. His eyes glowed with flame, as if his mane were reflected in them.

He stopped just as he reached her. He reared back and landed with a huge THWACK! against the ground. He turned to face her, his eyes glowing challengingly. "Does that answer your question?" his voice rang with as much fury as he could manage, and his mane and tail flamed even brighter. He lashed his tail impatiently and blinked once
.

PastCat - January 20, 2008 10:24 PM (GMT)
I would submit Skulni, but he's involved with the Vendetta subplot right now. He's Misha's protector.

Topaz - January 20, 2008 11:44 PM (GMT)
Name: Majem
Alliance: Monsterous One's
Race: Drayagon
Description:She has Blue scales and they gleam like the ocean and her eyes are the window to her soul. Her claws are like daggers and her scales ALWAYS shine she devotes much time to them she has the RARE dragon wings and her antlers are sharper than daggers. Her breath weapon is Fire like her soul, and she is an Arabian that is black.
Personality:Majem is stubborn but that does not stop her from being open minded. Majem is the star and that's the end she is pure heart and will get through anything including unfit stallions. Majem is high spirited and thinks she is a royal, well she "knows" she is. Majem is un-fearful of everything and too bold to compete with. She has to be the center of attention with any stallion or mare's for that matter.

Why you think they should be in the Plot:
Sample Roleplay: (using the charrie you are auditioning with please)
Majem

Majem looked around as she raised her dished maw, she scented... Nothing. She sighed it had been no different the last time, meanwhile she stood under the cover from the intense heat in the valley. It was sweltering even being an Arabian she felt the excruciating heat. Majem turned in a tight circle while digging her daggers into the earth. Majem looked out to the canyon the sun glared down on her crown. She hated it, even being a light she was stuck in this godforsaken middle of nowhere canyon. She enjoyed the beach and forest and wished to be there. Majem had an idea, she could call until a stallion came, she was irresistible anyway and she knew it.Majem raised her maw and called out, "Oh privileged stallion come and help me!" Majem knew all she had too do was sit back and wait. They would come... And soon.

From Wild Equines Recycled!

SILVERSTREAK;; uhm.. I'm not sure you can enter a character that hasn't even been accepted yet..

Wild Heart - March 8, 2008 01:48 PM (GMT)
Um...well...we need some more auditons since some of these people aren't here anymore...

Anyone?

Silverstreak - March 8, 2008 05:59 PM (GMT)
I guess I could spare Sinder, but does anyone else have a Monsterous One? She's really too young to go on a journey like this. She's not even a yearling yet. Not to mention she doesn't even know her ancestors are not in Yellow Sands. She's homeless and probably will be forever because she's too stubborn to admit that her family is gone.

Wild Heart - April 22, 2008 07:55 PM (GMT)
We still need a monsterous one. I wanna get this plot rolling.

SOmeone reply to the thread too.

Silverstreak - April 22, 2008 08:47 PM (GMT)
Oh, fine! I still wish someone else would enter, though.

Name: Sinder
Alliance: Monstrous Ones
Race: Horse (Drayagon)
Description: Sinder's front half is dragon, while her posterior half is horse. She shares the foot mix-up of her great grandfather; hooves in the front, dragonlike claws in the back. She has bold blue eyes and scales that are only a bit darker than them. Her spikes running from the spot between her ears to her tailtip are almost the same color as Sinder's eyes. Her lizard tail ends in a spade, and her horse side has scales.
Personality: Sinder is bold and resiliant. She is also very stubborn; once she starts something, she is unwilling to end it. Sinder is somewhat friendly to the other alliances, but will have nothing to do with wolves or coyotes.

Why you think they should be in the Plot: *Grumbles, "We need a Monstrous One and that's the only reason.. I have a huge list of why she shouldn't, but no one will summon their own Monstrous Ones, so I guess this is the only way we can continue."*
Sample Roleplay: Sinder was cold, alone, and lost. She was still searching for her family, but was so lost that she had wandered into the Socialization grounds. Her scales were soaked, and raindrops were starting to slip through them. Her tail drooped, sodden with wet.

A cave loomed ahead of the young Drayagon child, looking gloomy and uninviting to her. Sinder then felt a fierce pain in her back foot. Sitting down and raising it to take a look at the thorn sunk deeply into her skin, Sinder did the only thing she could do.

She cried.

Silverstreak - April 23, 2008 07:36 PM (GMT)
Bumpeh, so WH sees this when she comes back online as featured on the forum. (Go to page one, I auditioned Sinder)
