Title: What does the future hold for Zanzira?

Wild Heart - November 18, 2007 02:09 PM (GMT)
THis may seem alittle early yet, but what do you guys think should happen next in this site's story-line? It is a world now, and the possibilities are endless. Remember that this is a magical relm, and of course, remember the Core concept and everything. I have been fiddling around with a couple ideas, but I want to see if any of you can come up with anything better than what I have been thinking about.

TigerGirl - November 18, 2007 10:53 PM (GMT)
Umm... uhhh.... maybe a war. That seems to work. Or mutant squrills jump up of a volcano!

lil'eagle - November 18, 2007 10:54 PM (GMT)
What is some sort of alien with super powers comes along and tries to take over Zanzira?

PastCat - November 18, 2007 11:24 PM (GMT)
There is a problem with an unexplained war. Remember when we had the Monstrous Ones appear? The so-called "war" ended with nothing more than a skirmish between a grador herd and a monster herd. Wars don't seem to last very long here, at least not how a lot of people here role-play. I think that something major needs to cause a war, something like a famine, a natural disaster, or a power-hungry/evil leader.

Silverstreak - November 18, 2007 11:50 PM (GMT)
PWOPHECY!!!

Wild Heart - November 18, 2007 11:54 PM (GMT)
Yes, I am trying to avoid the whole "war" concept as much as I can.

Aliens? o.O; Okay now I know that your all insane.

A prophecy? Now there is something. If we did have a prophecy what would it be about and who would predict it? Who would be involved? Famine, or a natuaral disaster sound interesting too though.

And here is something else to think about. What if the Core got sick?

PastCat - November 19, 2007 12:04 AM (GMT)
Hmmm... as for prophesy, I could use Calista again, but I don't think it would work very well seeing as she's channeling through Sleipnir. A Napoleon complex and a prophesy don't sound like they'd mix very well.

As to the core getting sick, how would/could that affect Zanzira? I mean, it would certainly affect Eliza and the other Gods and Goddesses, but what would it mean for everyone else? A Quest, perhaps?

Silverstreak - November 19, 2007 01:25 AM (GMT)
Let's mix them together! Someone could receive a prophecy that warned that soon the Core would get terribly ill! The question is: Who?

It would be interesting if a stubborn or bitter character got the prophecy (*Pokes Nyx, Shishenti, And Tone*).

Spottedleaf - November 19, 2007 01:27 AM (GMT)
It should have something to do with their ancestors. Just 'cuz this is the first version since we went inactive. Now, all that other stuff seems like it was a waste of time. Maybe their ancestors could come back to haunt them. Or try to take over, or something. Like their mad for being abandoned and forgotten.

And, did anyone else notice how quickly the belief in StarHerd went? Maybe it shoudl be like StarHerd is punishing them or something.

Or, like Pastkitty said, a natural disaster. Like a tornado destroys all the wolf lands (or horse lands or cat lands) and they have to use the other animals' lands for a while? Or a giant hurricane or something? Or maybe a sinkhole takes down all the horse lands? And then they don't ever have them again... And they have to find another land. Like a quest where all the horse alliances have to join in? With the pegasi flying out in search of lands and the hippocampi swimming to find some? And the horses who can't look for lands have to live with the other races (the cats and wolves). And they end up scaring all the prey away with their hooves. And then the real landowners get mad. That would give a reason for war... But wars don't last...

Now brain my hurting I'm...

TigerGirl - November 19, 2007 03:57 AM (GMT)
No my Akila! *huggies Akila* I've already done TigerClaw's prohecy, she desperate to be recranated. But she haunts TigerDreaming... muahha

Maybe someone trys to murder the core! A person that lives here but was loyal to the core of shadows. Vengance!

PastCat - November 23, 2007 07:01 PM (GMT)
It wouldn't have to affect all of the lands for one particular species. A disaster would only have to affect one alliance to have an effect on the rest. We need to build contacts between species first (i.e. horses to wolves to cats). Until then, conflict would be hard to build.

Wild Heart - November 24, 2007 12:48 AM (GMT)
Well, if the Core got sick I don't think it would only effect Eliza. The Core is like the "heart" of Zanzira. If it got sick, I think it would mean that the land would be "sick." It would be barren and dry, and there would be no food or anything. And prehaps we could tie the anscestors into it somehow. Maybe they could send a prophecy/vision thing to one of the animals, and the prophecy has to do with the cure for the sickness. Maybe we could do it like the fellowship of the rings in the lord of the rings. They get this prophecy/vision after Zanzira starts getting sick, and they send out the horses cats and wolves that had to vision to find the cure. Then they could have this whole adventure and everything. We could each pick a character to have the vision and be in the fellowship from each alliance (not just a horse a wolf and cat; I mean one ice wolf, one Ave horse, one fire cat, one wind wolf ect...) But then we would have to have something happening to the other horses besides the horses in the fellowship. Maybe the water becomes poisoned or they start running out of water and tension begins to grow over water, but a flat out war over it doesn't occur because the fellowship gets back in time and cures the Core.

*rubs aching fingers* Wow. I just thought that up on the spot. OMG.

The idea of a natural disaster looks like it is becoming popular. I dunno how I would pull that off... *groans at thought of having to put more descriptions on the boards*

lil'eagle - November 24, 2007 03:49 AM (GMT)
I still like the idea of aliens . . . but if you want it to be more realistic, like fantastice four! it can be from another demintion and is looking for something. Maby it can be caring a disiease wich the core gets sick from!

Silverstreak - November 24, 2007 04:31 AM (GMT)
If we do the idea to find a cure for the cure, can Saqui and Dragonfly both be in the quest for Gradors and Fire wolves? ESPECIALLY Dragonfly; I can picture him in the voyage, and WHEE!

TigerGirl - November 25, 2007 10:28 PM (GMT)
NO ALIENS Mes hate 'em. Expect ET. But thats different.

How 'bout some one finds a ship wreck, and there is a human inside. I want TIGERDREAMING TO BE IN IT! Sorry... I haven't eaten, so I get angry.

Wild Heart - November 26, 2007 01:43 AM (GMT)
Interesting...what if somehow humans come back to the world? And what if a war starts between the humans and the animals? I know we are trying to get away from wars, but that would be a interesting thing to have happen.

Silverstreak - November 27, 2007 10:31 PM (GMT)
*Groans* If it's about humans, please don't make us roleplay them. That would be boring.

PastCat - November 28, 2007 02:14 AM (GMT)
Yes. I play here because I would rather pretend to be something I'm not. If I wanted to play humans, I would be somewhere else right now.

Wild Heart - November 28, 2007 11:51 PM (GMT)
Oh no, I feel the same way about roleplaying humans as you guys do... BOOOORRRRIIIIIIIIINNNNG! I was just making a suggestion. But, if you guys really don't like it than forget I typed anything.

Anyway...

lil'eagle - December 2, 2007 03:19 PM (GMT)
*seriously brains storms* okies *takes big breath*

Out in a galaxy pretty close to Zanzira's planet there has been a super nova(aka a star explodies). It causes the planets around it to shatter and shoot in randome directions. A shower of meteorites hit Zanzira, the animals use there powers to survive, but it's not the worst of it. One gigantoid meteor with some sort of magnetic field is coming torwards Zanzira also, if it were to hit it would basicly smash it into smitherines. The magnetic field though is haveing a wierd effect on the core and is getting weaker. The last hope of Zanzira is to send a group of animals to space to stop the meteor. (I kinda stoll the idea from Armagidon)

1. meteor shower (nautural disater)
2. prophecy of the big meteor
3. core gets sick
4. A mission to distroy the meteror.

Wild Heart - December 2, 2007 05:14 PM (GMT)
*jaw drop*

YAY!

*huggles LE*

IT IS PERFECT! IT IS WONDERBIBLE! IT IS PURDILY AND WONDERBIBLY GREAT!

*hyperventalation*

IT COMBINES EVERYTHING IN A INTERESTING WAY! WHEE! THATS A COOL IDEA! I THINK WE HAVE A WINNER!

TigerGirl - December 3, 2007 03:58 AM (GMT)
Can we still have a prothecy, cos TIGERDREAMING MUST BE IN IT> sorry hyper...

lil'eagle - December 3, 2007 04:00 AM (GMT)
All I want is Tinkerbell or Midnightance to be on the mission.

PastCat - December 3, 2007 03:13 PM (GMT)
It's a great idea and I wouldn't mind using one or two of my characters, but there's one problem. How the heck are our characters supposed to get into space to stop the meteor? It's not like they have rockets and technology like in Armageddon.

Silverstreak - December 3, 2007 10:44 PM (GMT)
Can Dragonfly and/or Saqui be in it?

PastCat - December 4, 2007 01:00 AM (GMT)
If we do use LE's idea, could I use the Calista-Sleipnir connection to write the prophesey? Or will it be communicated to the races via the Gods & Goddesses?

lil'eagle - December 4, 2007 02:37 AM (GMT)
Well the core can grant the animals powers to go into to space so they won't sufficate. Also I thinkk anyone can join this.

TigerGirl - December 4, 2007 03:31 AM (GMT)
*put hand up* TIGERDREAMING !!!

lil'eagle - December 8, 2007 11:25 PM (GMT)
*jumps around all hyper* I can tell this is going to be a fun plot!

*regains self controll* Also I think maby two different people should do the prophecy, like each one should do half so then they really can't understand it till the core finds out. Also I think maby there should be about 6 different animals on the mission (2horses, 2wolves, 2 big cats). Just suggesting.

TigerGirl - December 9, 2007 01:28 AM (GMT)
Then again; TigerDreamong is a half-breed.

PastCat - December 10, 2007 11:07 PM (GMT)
6 animals would probably work really well. that would mean...*does math in head* ...there would be one animal on the mission per 2 alliances. I have to say, I would prefer to play Skulni (drayagon horse) or Zipporah (wind bender wolf), since both of my cats are dealing with family matters ;)
