Dweezil walked along the base of the mountain. Straight in front of him was a cavern and, to his right, a growing sapling. He whinnied loud and looked about, making sure no one had invaded while he was gone. Listening close, he echoed the warning sound, but still he heard no reply.
"Welcome home," he said aloud. Yeah, some home! He thought. This pour ol' mountain isn't even fit for mice! Suddenly he hated the land he had claimed and wished he had more territory than this. He snorted and stood beside the sapling, awaiting Angeni.

Angeni had slipped a smile while she was follwowing Dweezle. This place was quiet and peacful, who cared about the scenery. She listened happily to the silence when a suddeny loud whinnie from Dweezle shattered that silence, she scowled for a moment then she shook her head and ignored it. She walked up to the sapling were Dweezle was. Giving a sly glance at him she said in a dull tone "So this is Silver Mountain, wow."

Dweezil shook his head in amazement. After what had gone on at the Claiming Grounds, the last thing he has expected her to say was "wow". He looked about him, to make sure they were seeing the same thing. "Errr...," he didn't know exactly what he could say. "Yeah, this is Silver Mountain."
He looked at the boulders, still resting where Eliza had put them to try and scare him. Then he moved his gaze to the cavern. It was pitch black inside and barely worth mentioning. The sapling didn't even earn a look from him. All this was his territory. To him, it seemed like so little, so little for a stallion like him. Self glorifying, yes you could say he was. But, he guessed, to some horses it might be so huge and full of wonder.
But, that one glimmer of goodness was gone in a flash. It is nothing. I want all the land that belongs to me. All of it. All of the Shadowed Ones land.

Suddenyly a growl came from her stomach, she hadn't eaten for ages it seems. Her n=mind was now reminded of that issue. She looked around to notice how little grass there was around here. great I going to die of starvation she shrugged and ate the little amount of grass she could find.

Dweezil watched her eat and looked around. There was more grass on the mountain than in the valley. He knew he had spotted some good spots near the top of the mountain when he first came here.
He swished his tail, not hungry himself. "You won't die of starvation," he said, knowing the thought that had passed through her mind, it had in his too when he had first arrived. "There are more places to graze up on the mountain. They're just farther apart than in most lands."

he read minds too she said sarcasticly in her mind, she chuckled to herself. She finished the small patch, now at least she wasn't as famished as befor. She then looked at Dweezil,"I'll find those patches some other time." She looked out over the horizon and saw the peeks of the mountains and the sunn behind them. She just notice it was getting dark.

Dweezil slowly nodded. "Do as you wish," he said slowly, looking at the mountain in the distance. Then he yawned and blinked his eyes in an effort to stay awake. Today had been more exciting than most and watching the mountain sitting perfectly still always made him feel tired.
He flicked his tail and said, "Good night, Angeni." Then, he yawned once more and slipped inside the cavern to sleep.

"Night Dweezil," she looked back at the mountains a bit more. She then walked down a slop away from the cavern, some pebbles tumbled down as she did. She soon found herself in between atwo mountians, the small like valley was quiet and peacful. She found an over hanging rocks and walked under it. Slowly she went to sleep.
