Lightswoop wandered in the forest when he suddenly saw a creek. He backed away a bit; his flames burned more feircely at the sight of water. He was about to nibble a bit of grass when his mane dropped down and the grass singed away.

The nightmare got an idea. He kept on burning the grass, enjoying the sight of his flames' powers. Lightswoop stopped. He was playing like a foal. He tossed his mane back and nibbled at the grass without letting it burn.

Tink twirled like a limp leaf in the wind, she let it carry her away. She opened her eyes to have spot a spark of ligh in the woods. Blinking she fluttered over there. She peered about the trees till she almost bumbed into the horse, she would've squeeked if she could, the huge horse shocked her, she zoomed off behind a nearby tree. She huffed and puffed catching her breath she peeked out and watched this humongous horse.

Lightswoop spotted Tink. Though she was small, a fear stirred inside him; he could see clearly that she was a wolf. He almost reared up, but stifled himself from doing it.

"Why are you so... so... tiny?" he asked, puzzled at her size. He rested a back hoof on the ground in wait.

Tink came out of hiding, obliviously wasn't working. Great how was she suppose to answer that! she thought then decide to get it clear to him that she couldn't speak. She flew up infront of him and took her paw and pointed to her troat then shaking her head side to side. Then she coughed emphisizing her point.

Lightswoop was confused. He raised an eyebrow and took a guess. "Your... throat hurts?" he asked, tilting his head.

A puff of smoke came from the upper part of his mane. Lightswoop was used to it; he simply blew it away and watched it float sullenly.

Tink thought of a different way of saying this. She then opened and closed her mouth as if talking but no words came out of her mouth, she then shook her head side to side. She looked at hime hoping he would get it.

"You're... mute?" Lightswoop guessed again. This game of cherades was confusing him, but he was curious.

Lightswoop thought about his guess. The wolf certainly hadn't said a word yet. Her motions did seem to tell that she was mute. Lucky guess, he thought.

She shook her head vigerously up and down and smiled. She got it through to him pretty quickly. A sudden curiousity came across her, could he figure out her name? She then went for it.
She pointed torwards herself, she then falshed her paw up twice twice symbolizing two words and pounded against a tree thrice symbolizing syllables. This was a proper order for cherades, at least a wolf she had meet a while back who knew she was mute told her that. She waited to see if he'd got it.

"Your name is... Sinkersell?" asked Lightswoop, tilting his head. He was starting to understand cherades.

Then, he thought for a moment. Were those letters S's, B's, or T's?

"So close." she said inside of her mind. She bit her lip trying to think of a way to put a T on Sinker. She came upon and idea, she held one finger , for the first word, then pointed torwards a tree hopping he'd get the idea. She then held up two fingers and acted as if ringing a bell. She then looked at him.

"Tinkerbell?" Lightswoop asked... or had that tree ment "e", since it had two E's inside it?

And had that 'bell' actually been 'ring'? He was very confused now.

She shooke her head yes, now he knew her name. A very good accomplishment indeed. Her mother had given her a different name but she didn't remember it, the name Tinkerbell was something she pick up during her travels.

"I am Lightswoop, and this is Tinkerbell. She is mute." The nightmare said respectfully. He was getting used to wolves now that he had met two of them.

Lightswoop nodded at Tinkerbell, and then cocked his head in wonder of what the two she-wolves would do next. He had made his move, now it was their turn.

Tink wished she could just tug this horse around so he could make introductions like these a faster, O well. Shebowed her head greetingly at the horse. She stared wided eyed at the other, a horse that was like a wolf. She found this quite interesting, she incircled her observingly, she then fluttered back to her own spot waiting to see what she would do.
