1. Within the territory of Brill, one cannot physicaly or psychicaly harm a non-hostile person if he/she does not do the same(there might be exceptions),
2. One cannot hold illegal trade routes or steal in the territory of Brill.
3. Every citizen 'must' bring thirty tabards of the Scarlet Crusaders in the end of the month. (Emoted)
4. One must work without breaking the law and therefore will be payed a monthly fee.
5. Occupations are to be given only by the Baron or the Councillor.
6. Those that abandon the town, are to be hunted down and removed from existence.
7. Every citizen recieves a free town's tabard after a week's period, counting since the day he/she has joined the community.
8. Every official document, note or scroll, should be left in the Town Hall for safe keeping.
