There's no such thing as updating a taxt list!

IMPORTANT: Taxes will be automaticly given in, unless someone is creative enough to "forget on purpose". Why? Because some people are just too inactive OOCly and you need IC reasons aswell... we can't punish you ICly for OOC reasons...
