Mmkay. So. Here's the lowdown on showcasing and portfolios.
1. No spamming at all. It will not be tolerated. Portfolio creators, if people spam in your portfolio, tell a mod immediately and it will be deleted, the spammer punished.
2. You may double post IN YOUR OWN PORTFOLIO/SHOWCASE THREAD, but not in other people's.
3. If you're going to create a showcase, at least have something to showcase. If you create something with just one sig or a small little avatar and never update, it'll be deleted. Remember that. ;]
4. If you've got a crapload of images, put them in links. We're going to copy ZU and take the ten image rule. Anything more than ten images in one post and that post will be deleted.
Now, there are two types of portfolios.
Portfolio Type One: Looseleaf
This type of portfolio is just for chronicling your works, such as sigs, larger stuff, and whatever else you can think of. You can basically just post them here for comments and critique. Remember the ten image rule, though! ;]
Portfolio Type Two: Industrialized
This type of portfolio is more of a business-type portfolio. In this kind of showcase, when you post a work of graphic art, you will put the following after:
| CODE |
Name of Piece: Inspiration for Piece: (optional) What Was Used to Create the Piece: When Piece Was Finished:
|
You don't have to follow that exact format, in case you were wondering.
Have fun! =D
