A new group emerges from the rising of the Zombie-Arcade Alliance:

ArcadeZombies!

Who are the ArcadeZombies?

Well, until it is approved by the staff of The Gaming Zombies, the ArcadeZombies will be an unofficial group. The ArcadeZombies is the name of the team that will work to keep the Alliance strong and the merge together. In other words, ArcadeZombies will accept jobs to improve both Arcade Station and The Gaming Zombies.

Current Goal: Direct traffic to The Gaming Zombies. We will start by doing this through Arcade Station.

There are two branches in ArcadeZombies for now:

1. Graphics.
2. Games.
(May expand in the future)

With graphics, I mean helping with the layout for Arcade Station. In the future, TGZ may look to this group for help with designing for this forum, too. Wouldn't that be great?

For games, there are two parts:

A. Games in particular.
B. Games to fit the website's theme.

Those in the games department would share information on Flash games that could be included at Arcade Station. Also, games to fit the theme, such as what was currently done for Halloween, will be the most encouraged since that will help out loads more with traffic.

Oh, and don't forget the most important goal: Having Fun!

In time, and with permission, I hope that this team will grow into a group full of creative minds that are willing to help out both The Gaming Zombies and Arcade Station, hold the merge, and strengthen the Zombie-Arcade Alliance!

How to Join:

If you have a creative mind and wish to help out in the graphics department, simply let us know by posting here! Or, the same if you would like to scout out games. Simply post that you'd like to join, what department you'd like to participate in (it can be both of the current ones if you so wish), and musical zombie and I will have the choice to accept you or not. For now, we'll accept about anybody as long as you come through for us. In the future, the joining rules might need to be amended. But for now, all is well! ^_^

And do you have a graphics program, Hyrule? I suppose you do, but I forgot to mention it above.

The Arcade-Zombies idea is also good for helping making this forum board more active. I would appreciate it if some people were to post here on the subject. Also, I can't really move forward unless approved by musical zombie on the ideas mentioned above.

Yeah, GIMP and Photoshop. I've been using GIMP for a few months, and I'm just starting with Photoshop.

I think it's great. I suck at graphics so I can't do that. Unfortunately. I don't mind being a greeter though. Whatever I can do to help.

Yes, you very much have a say! With the Zombie-Arcade Alliance, all voices should be heard, especially staff members! ^_^

I'll start a thread soon on the possibilities of other positions for ArcadeZombies.
