I hear it's pretty good and it looks good but I haven't played it and don't think I'll ever be able to, unfortunately.
How come the game is rated M, though? It doesn't look like anything in it would be inappropriate.

Being able to chop up a little girl and eat a slug within her.
M rating is appropriate.
