Title: The War Of Myths & Legends
Description: The Greatest Legends and Myths at War.

Apocalyptic-V - June 21, 2008 03:49 AM (GMT)
Archilore, a great city. Victorian in architecture, like Old London, Locksley, Nottingham, Edinbrugh Scotland, Fife. Places of Old.
In Archilore, there is a battle brewing. Because each of the inhabitants of this city are the descendants of the greatest Legends.
And these Legends are about to be at War, this is the Ultimate Battle of Good and Evil.
Of Light and Dark.
Virtue and Sin (does anyone else have 'The Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny' playing in their head...?).

Now, there are two sides to this Conflict. There is Heaven's Hand. And there is the Hell Raisers. The HR are the side where all of the Evil Legends are allied. Lead by the Descendant of Lucifer himself. His dog, the descendant of Cerberus at his side. Next to him, Haedes as his right hand. And Nosferatu at his left hand.
The HH are the Good Legends, lead by God's descendant with Gabriel at his right hand, and Mary at his left.
Then of course, there's everything in between.

This is a loose story but we'll see who comes out on top.

RULES:

All of the Legends/Myths are from literature/religion/folklore. Any nationality, it doesn't matter. You can have up to three characters if you want. All of the legends/myths are NOT the actual legends. They are only the descendants with the abilities of their predecessors.

My Profiles:

Name: Tristan Lewis

Age: 16

Appearance: Tall at 6'4", quite slim. Wears simple dress clothing, usually a mix of a blue and black. A slight goatee on his chin. Brown-black hair, hazel-green eyes.

Personality Protector Variant: Protectors are observant, cooperative, informative, and attentive. They are greatly concerned with the security of others and they often find assisting the downtrodden or people with disabilities to be satisfying. Protectors also find personal fulfillment in insuring the safety of others and may be attracted to jobs that enable them to do this as medical practitioners or insurance agents. Protectors are also quite skilled at executing routines and this enables them to be skillful in jobs that require conservation skills such as curators or police officers. Protectors are thorough, frugal and they abhor the squandering of material resources.

Protectors are comfortable working alone and they are often uncomfortable being in positions of authority. When they are in positions of authority, they often try to do everything themselves. Protectors have a very strong puritan work ethic and this can lead them to be overworked. The least hedonistic of the role variants, Protectors are willing to complete jobs other role variants manage to avoid, especially if it enables them to help those in need.

Protectors often talk about daily life and every day concerns; however, they are not as sociable as other role variants. They tend to be talkative to only to a close circle of friends. Protectors' shyness with strangers can make them seem to be cold even though they are often warm and sympathetic. Protectors are often undervalued as their commitment to security and their economies are often taken for granted.

Protectors value traditional ways of doing things and are not interested in experimentation or speculation. They deeply value family history, heirlooms and property as well as cultural norms and traditions. Protectors firmly believe in the stability offered by credentials, titles, offices, birth and other forms of traditional authority. Protectors dislike situations where the rules are constantly changing

Name: Sweeney Jekyll/Kenneth Hyde

Age: 25

Personality Mastermind Variant: Masterminds are introspective, pragmatic, directive, and attentive. Masterminds are highly capable leaders as contingency planning and entailment organizing is highly developed in them. Both contingency planning and entailment organizing are directive activities that tell the planner what activities to do and what order to do them in. Despite their leadership capabilities, masterminds prefer to stay in the background until others demonstrate ineffective leadership. However, once in a position of power, Masterminds are highly efficient and willing to adopt useful ideas.

Masterminds are strong willed, self-confident and decisive. They are also highly theoretical and are the most open-minded of all the role variants. Before a mastermind adopts a theoretical notion, they insist on researching all of the available data and checking the idea against reality. Masterminds are suspicious of theories based on poor research and will discard ideas that cannot be effectively implemented.

Masterminds are highly pragmatic and will put forth a lot of time and effort in order to implement effective ideas. They are driven to solve complex problems and to create organized, decided, and executed solutions. Masterminds tend to say positive statements instead of negative ones, preferring to focus on how to make the organization more efficient in the future rather than dwelling on past mistakes.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Name: Allan Locksley

Age: 24

Personality Fieldmarshal Variant: Fieldmarshals are extroverted, pragmatic, direct, and expressive individuals. They are highly skilled in situational organizing and directing their own actions and the actions of others. Their ability to do contingency planning is a close second to their ability to coordinate, decide, and execute a strategy. Born engineers, they desire to break an idea or concept down into it's most fundamental parts, subject those parts to intense scrutiny, and reassemble the idea before giving it their final approval. Their desire to ensure their own assessments are valid extends onto themselves as well; they will often seek the opinion of another trusted individual such as the Architect or an Inventor to refine their "take" on an issue, regardless of how sure they are.

Fieldmarshals have a strong desire to give structure and direction to groups of people. Of all the role variants, Fieldmarshals are the most likely to see where an organization is going and they have the desire to communicate that vision to others. Thus they are more directive in their social exchanges than they are informative. Fieldmarshals often rise to positions of responsibility in work as they are devoted to their jobs and are excellent administrators. Fieldmarshals do not actively seek out leadership responsibilities, but will often volunteer themselves to take charge in situations where leadership is absent or has failed, or where a "power vacuum" suddenly exists; not due to selfishness, but due to their innate desire to see a given system (be it social, political, workplace, or otherwise) continue to function until a suitable leader can be identified, who, in the mind of the Fieldmarshal, is as good at leadership as they are at background administration.

Fieldmarshals search more for goals and policy than they do for procedures and regulations. They strive to make their organization more efficient by reducing red tape, task redundancy and confusion in the work place. Fieldmarshals base their decisions on well thought-out plans, impersonal data, and overall probability of success. They expect others to follow their vision and they are willing to remove stumbling blocks which prevent a given system from being fully productive, human or otherwise. For Fieldmarshals, there must be a goal-directed reason for executing any plan. People’s emotions are generally given the back seat to raw data in any decision making process

Fieldmarshals are impatient with the repetition of error, ineffectiveness and inefficiency. If an established procedure can be demonstrated to be ineffective at accomplishing a certain goal, they will abandon the procedure. Fieldmarshals keep long-term and short-term objectives in mind while striving to turn their organizations into smooth-functioning, empirically stable systems.
