His Grandfather was a thief, and his father was a thief. His grandmother and grandfather taught him the technicalities of each. Of course, Stranghill spent more time with his grandfather, as he aspired to be a world famous thief. But he did value his grandmother's knowledge. His mother and father taught him the physical examples. They practiced with him and did demonstrations. However, as time went on they became less and less able to teach him well. Finally, they decided to send him to the academy, and he agreed.
After Stranghill's time at the school, he left and, despite the drama he had with the females of the school, met a female cleric named Arraya. They fell in love, married and had a child. Stranghill named the child Salster Olganis. Stranghill later returned to the school, one of his old classmates, whom he had conflicts with in the past, was the new stealth teacher. Stranghill offered to serve as a substitute when the need arose, and one other task.
Stranghill knew that Excelcius never had the history of being the safest of places, and offered to serve as additional security when needed, and serve as a spy, thief, or assassin if it was imperative to the school's safety. He also wanted to spend time with his son.
Minor Info: Stranghill is very calm and collected, and he never really seems to become affected by anything, but his wife knows that he can be affected by very personal things. He has a deep sense of honor and respect for his parents, who are quite old now, and his grandparents, who have passed. He also has a powerful sense of loyalty and honor in general. He is very confident in his skills as a spy, thief, and assassin, but knows his limits.

Short Bio: Salster was trained by Stranghill, Arraya, Stranghill's mother, and Stranghill's father as soon as possible, in a similar manner to the way Stranghill himself had been trained. However, Stranghill trained Salster specifically for Excelcius and its tests, so that he could do better than Stranghill did (Stranghill's Results: 14, 173, 4). It paid off, and Salster did better than Stranghill did on all the tests, but barely. Stranghill decided to train Salster in the art of dagger-use himself, instead of sending him to swordsmanship class, and instead have him take archery class to better his marksmanship. Salster, technically, had the right to choose whatever he wanted, but he and Stranghill both wanted him to take archery, and learn dagger-use instead of swordsmanship.
Salster is aware of his family tradition, and can only assume that he will fall to the same fate.
