Set in the chaotic back streets of an American city. Julius Carloni is tue vicious and extremely cunning Don of the local mob, he recognises the many opportunities that the city offers him and will do anything to get his hands on them. He can be very sinister at times and is not one to be messed with, he leads his mob with an iron hand. Julius has made a name for himself for using especially bloody tactics and his ruthless ambition never fails to strike fear into the hearts of his enemies. But recently, strange happenings have been occuring on what he considers his territory, it seems that a rival mob family is trying to muscle in on his business and territory. A violent conflict ensues myteriously, the local police do nothing to interfere in Julius' plans for it is well known that he was them in his pocket.

Personality: He is ruthlessly cunning and merciless to his enemies. He is frequently very manipulative and runs his Mob with an iron hand.
Bio: He is the head of the infamous Carloni family, what he says goes. The only people he is loving towards are his wife Leia and his two children. His lackeys obey him because they know what happens if they don't, they mysterious go missing and are found dead days later.

Personality:
A proud Spaniard at heart, Hulio doesn't like to shoot but if his duty calls to it he will. He is very protective of the other members of the mob, especially the boss and his wife.

Bio:
Hulio is the personal chaufer to the hed of the Carloni family and his wife. He was chosen for his skill with a fire-arm and the fact that he could drive like the Saturday night stunt drivers in the stadiums. He is quick to draw a gun and even quicker to spin a wheel.
